AraTeran I think I already said this in my intro, but my diagnosis is Bipolar NOS. I hope this isn't off-topic, but what is that? I've only heard of Bipolar I and II

ZZombieSSheep AraTeran I think I already said this in my intro, but my diagnosis is Bipolar NOS. I hope this isn't off-topic, but what is that? I've only heard of Bipolar I and IINOS anything just means "Not Otherwise Specified". Almost any disorder can have NOS attached if a person doesn't fit exactly into one of the categories but there is clearly a personality/mood/psychotic disorder present. Apparently I don't fit bipolar II criteria closely enough as far as the "high" symptoms (I range from either somewhat hypomanic to flat out manic for a day to several months at a time; I also have a combination of euphoric and highly agitated/angry symptoms at times). However, I am not impaired enough to be considered bipolar I.

I've been depressed for a long time, and sometimes I think I have OCD. sweatdrop But I never really talked to a professional about OCD. Also, some of my friends think that I'm bipolar instead of depressed.

I have been formally diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and pretty bad ADD. I am however self-diagnosed as bulimic. I also expect myself of being paranoid, but that's an all together different story.

Shaviv I'm kind of curious: I remember being told at one point that zoophilia always occurs in people with major psychiatric disorders. I wonder if that's true. Find the person that told you that and slap them for being the single stupidest (or simply gullible) person in the history of the world. Seriously, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard >.> It's kind of like saying "you have a mental illness, therefore you must be a violent criminal", it's just not true.

I have some form of depression, not sure if it's MDD, PD, Bipolar, idk I think I most probably have Psychotic depression with traces of hypomania (about twice a week I have hypomania, for about 4-5 hours on end.)
I have attempted suicide before. Starting when I was about 7.. But ack. My friend and mother have urged me to try and get out of it, and I love them more than anything. I am deciding to put an end to this before I get too carried away. I even have one planned, but I hope my GP can get me some professional help and get me normal.. I'd say again but I never have been.
I would like this info not to be told to anyone.. It's very personal but I guess I'm .. kinda comfortable sharing this with you because many of you here have the same or similar problems.

I had Bipolar NOS when I was younger really bad but it's a lot better now without medication. I still get the crankiness and quick to anger/get sad and unreasoning thoughts. I'm still formally diagnosed with it.
I have anxiety really bad and sometimes I can't even leave the house.
I have a chronic pain disorder and it affects my life. Does that count because a psychologist diagnosed with it.

There's a time to discriminate Hate every ******** that's in your way I've only been formally diagnosed with Gender Identity Disorder, though those close to me say I display bipolar, social anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive tendencies. I also think I may have Dissociative Identity Disorder or something like it. I'll get more into that in journaling or other threads, though.

Oh gosh...
Diagnoses: Generalized Anxiety Panic Disorder Acute Paranoia, to the point that I have delusions. OCD Depression Bipolar Borderline Aspergers (by a nuerologist) Social Phobia Agoraphobia Binge ED
I haven't been diagnosed with anything to do with hair pulling or skin scratching, but I don't think most doctors realize that there is a mental disorder that has to do with both.
