Ade smiled and motioned for her to come sit next to him. Of course it would, would it not? You have grown up taught that a person's mind belongs only to them. You are my other half though, and I can deny you nothing.

Ade chuckled. Partially. I owe my life to you. I am honor-bound to fufill any request you should have. What good would it do me to hide things from you anyway? If you desired the truth, you could find it in my mind.

Ade leaned forward and stroked her lip gently, unable to resist her small, sexy gesture any longer. "You have plenty of time to get used to it, Galiena."

She blinked and, to her embarrassment, blushed lightly at the action "I suppose your right..." She glanced at the clock and sighed "I should get to bed... hopefully Dad will have calmed Papa down and we won't have a blow up in the morning..."

"As you wish, Sivamet. I regret that I will be unable to be with you in the morning." Ade looked almost defeated. He knew she would have a lot of explaining to do in the morning, and he should have been the one there to do it for her.

She smiled and patted his hoof gently "Don't worry... Dad will smooth things over with Papa... we just won't mention the blood thing until he's fond of you." Her eyes narrowed "We'll have to discuss that as well... later..."

"Of course. I would expect no less." Ade smiled faintly. "Now, as much as I hate to say this, off to bed with you. You will need your strength for tomorrow." He bent his head and brushed a kiss on her hoof.

She smiled and blushed lightly again, though she tried to stop it. "Yeah.. well.. goodnight" Kissing him on the cheek quickly and heading out the door.

Ade watched her walk out the door, then leaned back on the bed, letting his mind wander to her before he got up and set the safeguards he needed. After he was done he waved a hoof and opened a small spot in the earth. Perhps she would dream of him while she slept.
