"Not entirely," he sighed. He wasn't certain he could stay with her, but he also couldn't leave her when it was so clear that she needed someone.

She sighed in releif and continued to nibble on her food, deep in thought.

Kylael turned his attention to his own food, trying to shake off the depressing thoughts that threatened to weigh him down.

Her eyes slowly closed as she fell asleep, warmed by the fire and the comfort of having someone else with her. She was finally able to relax, truly relax for the first time in days.

Kylael allowed her to sleep that night, staying awake to keep watch. When the sun rose, he went to gather more berries and such for her, creating a pile to greet her when she woke.

Tesia stretched each muscle. It felt so good and she was so comfortable, even though this was a rock that she was sleeping on. She opened her eyes and saw the pile of fruit in frotn of her and smiled. "You did that for me? Thank you."
