"Why should I believe you?"Jose asked, staring at the them blankly as he was held by Cadiz,"The mafia lies all the time... Why should I trust the worse family...?"
"Because we trust them,"Spain replied, wrapping an arm around Romano,"I know it's confusing and hard to understand... but for us you're acting strange even if we seem to be the one's acting strange..."
The teen looked confused, shaking his head slowly as he looked between Spain and Cadiz. "No... N-No no! Y-you're... y-you're just trying to trick me with fakes aren't you?! You're all lying aren't you!" He screamed at them, struggling against the woman holding him despite her pleas to calm him.

Sicily hurriedly got out of Romano's arms, rushing over to the frantic brunette and wrapping his arms around him, the embrace warm and gentle. The island muttered soft comforting words into Jose's ear in his native tongue, rubbing his back soothingly. "Esta bien mi amor... Esta bien. No hay necesidad de tener miedo. Estás a salvo y nadie puede hacerte daño aquí. Yo no se lo permiten, no voy a dejar que nadie te haga daño. Por favor, cálmate, no quiero que te hagas daño."

The teen just started to scream and cry again, struggling against both of them. Spain disappeared for a moment before returning quickly. He grabbed the Spaniard's head as gently as he could before quickly jabbing the syringe in his had into his neck, injecting the fluid in it. Before long Jose's struggles became weaker until he finally went limp, staring blankly at the ceiling as the nation pulled out the syringe that held Madrid's panic medication. Cadiz sighed and looked at Sicily apologetically as she stroked the limp boy's hair before looking at Spain. "What are we going to do with him..? We can't just let him panic like he was or just stay like this..."

Sicily let go, shaking his head and walking away from the three. "He's definitely not Jose..." he muttered bitterly. "Not my Jose. If you need me I'll be out in the fields." With that he left the house through the back door, obviously upset.

The two Spaniards looked at each other worriedly before nodding some to each other. Cadiz handed her brother the unconscious teen as she got up and left to go and check on the short Italian. Spain looked down at Jose and sighed some. "I'll take him upstairs,"He said, glancing at Romano before disappearing up the steps to place the boy in a bed.
The city moved through the fields, searching for the ravenette. It didn't take to long to spot him and she made her way over to him. "Sicily..? Are you alright dear..?"She asked gently, moving to sit beside him.

"I'm perfectly fine," Sicily muttered. "Nope, not bothered at all by the fact that my lover's missing and has been replaced by someone with his face, his voice, his everything except for the tiny little detail that he ******** hates me. Never been better; why wouldn't I be?"

"I understand you're upset,"Cadiz soothed, rubbing his back comfortingly,"He's going to be fine Sicily. I'm sure whatever happened to him he's going to be perfectly fine."

"So do we...."The city murmured, pulling the younger into a hug,"I'm worried about him, but at the same time about the poor boy who broke down." She sighed some and watched Spain's cat pad up to them, meowing worriedly.

Sicily reached out to him, petting the cat's head. "I wish I could say I don't care what happens to him and mean it, but..." he trailed off, managing a tiny smile. "Jose's made me go soft I guess. Not that I mind..."

Cadiz smiled fondly as Telmo climbed into Sicily's lap and curled up there. "I'm sure Jose will be fine..."She said, stroking Telmo's head lightly,"We'll find out something..."

The city couldn't help a laugh at the other's expression, pecking his head lightly. "Just don't traumatize the poor boy more then he already has been,"She mused,"No need for that."
