The basic civillian use unit, MST. It's basically a "no-frills" unit. Think of it as an over-simplified GM unit. I doubt it'd even have FULL shoulder armor. Probably just a single front-plate on it to protect against anything that fell onto it during construction work. It should have boxy arms instead of curved ones... Chest vents should be large and open, but vertical rather than horizontal. I personally think vents look neater that way...

Seems fairly Spartan. I'll see what I can do.

Erden Edgewood MSPaint isn't nearly as incapable as people say it is. Agreed. Sorry. Totally off topic. ^_^

I think it looks a little anorexic, and the head is still too complex for what we're looking at in a basic unit, but it's a good start.

I don't know how much my opinion counts for anything, but I like it. It's nicely detailed, but still has that stripped-down feel to it that we've come to expect from our franchise's mass production models. I don't see the need for it to be big-and-bulky, either. Could be a lighter, slimmer general production model which trades in armor for higher mobility.
The only problem I have with it is that it's basically a RGM-79 GM by any other name. Why not change the head design to something less familiar? The chest design may be inspired by the RX-79[G] Gundam and RGM-79[G] GM, but that's not nearly as focused upon as the ever common vizor-head.
The "how" I leave up to those with more visual artistic talent than myself. I'm a writer, not a sketcher. wink
