Ryu stays at the town main building, and waits for any intruder.
Ryu:Who is he. His voice sounds so familular. I feel like I've seen him.
A explosion happens in down the hall. Ryu enters the room and finds the thug leader holding main building employies over the fire of the explosion.
Thug leader:"One move and I'll drop them"

Ryu:"Now I now why it happened, just because the state alchemist killed the Ishballens doesn't mean the whole state did. It was the military that did it, and some of them didn't want to! Some live in terror for what they did. You didn't have to destroy my home town!"

Ryu jumps at the hostage and knocks her from going in the fire and they fly out of the window."
