Fleetingly, he hoped the gasp he heard from her was a good sign. Vanafindon's sigh traveled his body in waves of relief & joy as she pressed her body to him and he felt her head tucked beneath his.
"You did?" His tone was incredulous but Vana could not help but believe in their current position. He tightened gently around Lucia, loving the feel of her even more than getting to look at her. "I... do you know how perfectly beautiful you are? Maidh & I've flirted, but... gods, Lucia... I've never had anyone invade my thoughts as you have since the moment I saw you." Sighing happily he snuffed into her shoulders.

Lucia nuzzled her nose under his chin, purring in contentment. She wished she could stay here forever with him, just to forget the rest of the world, "You were never far from my thoughts either Vana..." she said in a whispered confession.

Lucia's nose tickled, cooler than her fur against the heat of his body. He chuckled softly, still not quite believing this was not a dream.
He wasn't? "Oh, Luuciiaa..." Vana murmured softly into her neck, ruffling her fur lovingly with his breath. He pulled her tails close to him slitted eyes glancing over her shoulder to smile softly at how well their tails looked together.
"I... should tell you why I came today."

She shivered at the feel of his body pressed against hers and she continued to nuzzle under his chin. She looked at him when he said he would say why he was there and she nodded her head, indicating she would listen.

"Maidh & I... well we argue a lot. But it's nothing really. Just fun. Contrariness. Maybe you'd think it's silly... I dunno. But today... he ... he got to me." Vana held her tight to him, hardly able to believe then and now could possibly be the same. "We ... were talking about you and Seer, having just met you, and he started talking about how you would be perfect if your coloring was more bold or your stripes more pronounced..." His voice faltered and choked for a moment and he held her as if afraid she would leave him from what he said.
"I decked him. Gods Lucia. We'd never really fought before, but I told him to shut up and left. He made me so angry ... but I couldn't help myself! I couldn't let him say that! Not about you... you... so perfect. Just as you are."

Lucia listened silently and her eyes went wide, but she didn't pull out of Vana's embrace, instead, she pressed herself against him tighter. She did feel a bit hurt that his brother would say that about her, and her old fear that she wasn't good enough because of her coloring came back. But when Vana called her perfect, her heart felt like it would beat out of her chest. She kissed his cheek and then his lips.

Whatever reaction Vanafindon might have expected, that was not it. Not that he was complaining. Far from it. He relaxed slightly at the kiss on his cheek, then tensed the briefest of moments in surprise as her lips touched his before returning the kiss with loving tenderness treating it like the gift it was.
Love... Lucia... Sigh.

She held the kiss for a few more moments, her body feeling like it was flying, even though she wasn't even using her wings. She pulled back nuzzled her cheek against his, purring happily.

"oh wow..." He purred softly nuzzling his cheek with hers."Lucia I..." Was he ready to say that aloud just yet? He should.. in case she had not felt it in the kiss. But the words did not come. Vana lifted a paw and lightly stroked her other cheek.
"Lucia... I hope you don't hate Maidh for what he said... I'm sure he just wasn't thinking." The male chuckled softly. "He'll still be like that... until he falls in love." A thought struck him and Vana winced even as he laughed. "Maybe he'll fall for one of your sisters." He cringed, waiting for a blow like the one he had seen her give her father -and wondering how it would feel.

Lucia shook her head, leaning her head into his paw when he stroked her cheek and she smiled up at him, "No, I'm not hate your brother, maybe a little disappointed he didn't think before her spoke, but certainly not hate." her eyes went wide at that and she giggled, "Which one? I have two other sisters, though I doubt it would be Cera." she said with a smile.

He opened an eye and gave a silly crooked grin. "Dunno. It was just a joke. Though it'd be kinda cool..." He licked at her cheek, and his tails moved both of theirs with the force of their wagging. "I don't want him teasing us and I'd like him to feel what I do for you for someone. Both require girl he'd want to do more than flirt with. As it did for me."
Blue eyes happily playful Vana kissed her soft but lingering. "Thinking about what he said gave me the idea. Plus... it'd be fun to know he'd have to face your father too."

Lucia loved the feeling of when he wagged their tails together and she giggled lightly, shaking her head, "It's probably best you don't tell daddy what you told me. You thought he was mad earlier, I can guarantee you he will be 10 times worse with your brother and more then likely, get my own brother involved." she said softly.

"hmmm... now there's a thought..." Vana teased lightly, playfully daring to take a fold of her ear between his lips and nomm gently on it. "What if it was some kind of subconscious slip, and he really is looking for a darker you?" Releasing her ear he whispered gently into the soft interrior of it, mouth brushing the fine layer of fur inside. "S'pose I can't stay mad at him, because I'd rather fight him to defend you than for you. Let him have his own view of perfection. I have mine. you."

Lucia blushed hotly at him nibbling on her ear and whispering those words. No one had ever said that to her before, but of course, she didn't know many outside of her family. But Vana he was.....perfect for her. She leaned over and kissed him one more time before extracting herself from him and going back to walking, giving him something of a sultry smile, her tails whipping about sensually.

Kitsu gods, but he loved kissing her! There was a moment of disappointment when Lucia left his side, but that was quickly washed away as her smile and the sway of her tails elicited a low hungry growl from him even as he felt clubbed over the head with a hammer. Getting up he bounded to her side, bouncing on all four paws at once until he was beside her. Playfully he butted his head softly to the side of hers. "Lucia..." Vana's voice bordered on the husky side. "That'll give a guy ideas, that will. And although your father's not stopping me from courting you and you're letting me touch you that doesn't mean I'm gonna ..." He blushed hotly. "I think I should draw the two soon line before I cross it..."
