*It took a few seconds for Tamara's words to sink into Crim's mind because she was so enveloped within the act of cleaning out her nails. When she did register what the other woman had said, though, her head snapped up as she blinked in a rather confused and disoriented manner. Slightly ashamed by the thoughts of jealosy she had earlier, Crim's face became adorned with a slightly embarassed expression as she scratched the back of her head.*
Erm, yea, I'm bored, but I don't think there's a whole lot to do. I'm just waiting for the Don so that way I can go run some errands later today. So um, whatcha up to?
*Mentally kicking herself for sounding so stupid, Crim's hand dropped from her head and she fidgeted a bit, like a small child, actually.*

Never one to stay in a lady's room when she wasn't there, Tika had wandered out after Tamara, but gone up to the attic. There, he had sat at his computer to continue work on the designs he had for improving his truck. He had heard allowed his hearing to extend beyond the attic, and he heard Crimson talking to the other girl, and heard her plans. With a small sigh, a smile playing upon his face, he sent out a public telepathic message.
Crim, could I speak to you in the attic please? It's about.. uhh... That thing..."

*Crim's ears twitched ands he looked about her, bewildered, before laughing at herself and seeming more embarrassed that she was before*
Erm, sorry, Ti-er, Oxy just summoned me with his nifty little telepathy thing. Er, yea, nice to meet ya. I hope we get to talk more later and stuff!
*Grinning stupidly, Crim gave a small wave and headed upstairs to the attic. Once there, she knocked on the door and then cracked it open*
Yes sir?

I'm so not gonna fit in here... I'm already starting to hate it here... She thought as she watched Crimson walking away without having the chance to react. She walked outside and leaned on the wall. she lit up her cigarette and blew out big smoke rings, trying to relax. This day had been one of the worst this week. Although she knew she's moving to a great place, she couldn't avoide the fact the people around were pretty mean, or just not social. She always thought the outside world she never got to know was nicer, but now she realized she lived in that very same world all her life, and that fact started to bug her. Wonder how he called her, I didn't hear anything...

"I was eavesdropping, Crim. You can go do whatever you want. And uh... I hope you're ok, sweetie." He gave a broad grin, clapping his hands together. "Little fight, but fun while it lasted, and I got my psycho ship back. It told me there will be no repeats of what happened last time, it's just going to avoid you."

Dev hade made it to the main room, just in time to be late. Unfortunately he didn't know where any one was at the time, so he sat down on one of the stairs leadin to the upper room, and waited.

Tama finished her cigarette and walked inside, bored. She was headed to her room, when she noticed a man sitting on the stairs. she smiled to herself. Great, more practice for my social skills... She thought and approached the man, smiling "Hello, I'm Tamara! I'm a new recruit, moved in today. Who're you?" She said and smiled, wondering if that's a good way to meet someone. The fact she was bad with people made her even more nervous than she thought.

*Crim closed the door behind her and leaned up against the wall nonchalantly while listening to Oxy*
Yea, I'm fine. A bit...shocked at the return of your ship, but yea...it better not try anything again. If it does, well, I'm pretty sure I could cause some hefty damage. See ya later, Tika. And thanks!
*With a hint of twisted grin residing upon her lips from the thought of causing damage to the Ocarina, she blew a kiss to Oxy, turned around, and exited the attic. Humming Christmas tunes under her breath, she headed for her room to disarm herself of so many weapons decorating her waist and the inside of her coat.
Once there, she shed her coat upon the bed and idly began storing them away for easy access if the need calls for it. How long had she been in this mafia now? Oh yes, since the 18th of December, 2003. Hard to believe that the date had already gone and passed and now it was 2005. Where had all the time gone?
Finally feeling much lighter and armed only with her sais upon her waist, Crim literally skipped out of her room and down the stairs, barely stopping in time as not to crash into Dev and Tamara*
Oh! Hiyahiya again!

Like the romantic moron he was, he 'caught' the kiss, pocketing it for later, or something. He then set back to work on the improvements to his truck, though he doubted he'd ever bother. Changing it would just be so cruel.

Tamara heard someone walking downstairs and moved a little, but it was uselss because she moves right to a crashing point "Oh my, Crim, sheesh..." She stopped and laughed. "Be careful! Why were you running down like this, anyway?" Tama tried to sound friendly, though she felt like she sounds really mean for some reason. She sat down on the stairs next to the man she didn't know yet, and looked at Crim. "So..." I hate silence... Tama thought as she tryed to get to a point where they all sit and talk on the stairs.

*Laughing a bit at the disruption she caused, Crim leaned up against the railing, completely oblivious to any tone in Tamara's voice that would cause negative feedback*
Oh, I just didn't know that there was anyone on the stairs like this. Kinda an odd place to sit down for a conversation, no?
*Hands clasped behind her back and face full of grin, Crim hopped from one stair to another*
Oi, you wanna go to a bar with me? I work..er..used to work there. Heheh, prolly been fired by now for not showing up, but it's a good place. Called the BlackIce Tavern.

*She woke up and set up in the bed holding her head from a slight headache.*s**t*She got up stumbling slightly trying to catch her balance. When she finally did she grabbed her some clothes and went into the bathroom. She took a shower and got dressed then headed out of her room. As she was headed down the stairs noticed Crim and a few others on the stairs. She stopped and set down about half way down the stairs.*

*Mark got tired of standing around. He thought of going into Durem, looking for an antiques shop. He hadn't bought a new dagger for his collection in a long while. He tried to remember the combination to the safe where he kept some things. Mark got out a pot and poured some water, letting it heat up as he took out some instant ramen from a top cupboard. Mark started to wander how Cassie was doing managing the Tavern, as a matter of fact, if Ressie had passed by there over the couple of weeks.*

Sitting at his computer, an email program forcibly overtook Tika's system. In it was full specs for the Ocarina. He gave a curse at the arrogance of the ship taking over his computer, but read through with great interest anyway, jotting notes where needed. Now he had easy access to some of this technology, he could recreate it, and provide allies with greatly superior defencive techology, and power sources.

Not at all the entrance I am used to." Spoke a calm voice. Seductively feminine, it bore tones of mirth, malice, and hate.
Ki'Rasa, at the wheel of her silver Jaguar XJ220, waved a hand at the mangled gates that lay on the driveway of the mansion. The gates slowly lifted into the air, twisting back into shape, as the various parts of hinges and lock refitted, synchronised perfectly, until the gates were once again whole. A strange little smile lightened up her face as Rasa once again flicked her wrist, and the gates opened slowly, regally, to announce her arrival. She gunned the engine a little, a bad habit picked up from Tika, then roared the performance car up the driveway, stopping just outside the front doors with another series of loud revs.
She was directly in front of the doors now, and there was no doubt that those in the lobby could see her. She gave her head one long flick to the side, and her hair followed suit, flowing through the air to straighten against her back. She could already see Crim, and gave a big grin, waving emphatically as she entered the mansion.
"Well lookit you, ain't you just a doll..." She commented, a slight hint of lust in her voice. Then, noticing Tama. "And who... Are you, m'dear?" Another perfect smile, a seductive wink.
