All I did was look up from snorkeling at Hideaways and realize that I was waaaaaay out in the briny blue. Opps. Again, Ow.

Kai Shi Shun Azhriaz Kai Shi SugarBeat_Angel Kai Shi *comes running in* I am home again! Hurrah! And greeted by the delightful feeling of walking off the plane into 10 degree (in celsius mind you) weather with absolutely no humidity. Yey for me xd xd Whimp... Welcome back! I'd like to see you in our winter xd Thanks heart I've done both (Northern Alberta and Hawai'i), and I must admit, while I miss snow, the option of going to the beach in February is highly appreciated in this house! Where in Alberta? I know what you mean...When it gets to the point where there's not many hours of daylight or it gets so cold it hurts to breathe, a beach sounds fantastic. Or heck, even after 4 months of winter xd We moved from Edmonton to Mclennan in the first year of out marriage--moved the house plants in minus 60 celsius. (according to the motel thermometer). Then we moved further south to Lac La Biche, and then east to St. Paul. And now we're in Hawai'i. Still look around sometimes and shake my head in wonderment. . . .

By the way, I got a friendship list request t'other day from someone, but it kinda deleted itself before I saw who it was from. Chances are good it was from one of my kids' friends, but in case I slapped the proffered hand of friendship of someone in the Guild, my apologies.

Quite a move 3nodding It was incredibly cold (I can't say I believe the motel's thermometer completely myself). I do know the houseplants gave tiny screams and died in my arms . . . .It was one of the coldest winters I ever went through, I know that much. It was one heck of a move. My daughter still misses her friends back in St. Paul, but she's also fit into life out here very well. It's a catch-22 now--she misses her Canadian friends, but if we moved back home tomorrow she'd be complaining about how much she missed her island friends . . .

I saw Melly at Animethon today too. Except that I lost her almost immediately and then didn't see her again so I didn't get a chance to say hello.
