I have a feeling that if my hobby was anything other than Art, I'd be more excited about making a career out of it. Making art though...something about it just feels so personal.

Though usually when picking a college/career that's what you look for. Your interests and hobbies. If you enjoy doing it, its a better start than doing something you hate. Atleast, it's that way with me. I'm interested in computer networking so I'mma take stuff in that but VGs are also my hobby, so I'm definetly gonna try to make a career in that.

I totally understand Rosiel ^.^. Thats a nice way of viewing it. Some things are meant to be more personal and/or private. My drawings have kinda been more out there throughout my whole life. I'm always showing my parents my latest drawing *look mommy 3nodding * LOL, I like sharing it with people, and I like drawing things for people. And in my classes I was always the cartoonist. I'de love having my work out there for the world to see. Its always been a socialable thing with me now that i think about it in that way. Like Elba, I'm going with something that I really enjoy doing and can have fun with. Oh! I found this artical on Avatar Spirit (cool Avatar fan website) about one of the animators for the show. It might inspire you fellow artists and/or wanna be animators. Just click here or go the Avatar section I made in the Anime forum and read what I said about it there ^.^.

If I could though, I'd be a manga-ka in a heartbeat. I can create what I want. Now that's a job that I want to pursue. The chance of success in that career is a bit slim though so I'm probably going to work on something part-time while maintaining a stable job. Should I make it, I can always quit whatever job I have but in case it doesn't work out, I won't go hungry. That's my plan for the future I suppose.

Time is winding down for us seniors!! Anyone accepted? Anyone finally figure out where they wanna go?
As for me, SIGNED SEALED AND DELIVERED! I'm accepted to UAT! WOOHOO! I've got my classes and everything, all kinds of enrolled XD Yeah!! That school is like an anime con all over again hahaha I love it!

Happy day! I finally got my fifth acceptance letter!
Texas State University-San Marcos has gotten into the same basket as Universtiy of North Texas, University of Texas at Arlington, University of Houston(Main Campus) and Stephen F. Asutin State University!
Only problem is that I get confused with all the papers I''m getting... ?_?;

Ooh! I just got info from the Art Institute in Houston! It sounds so great! I found them myself and requested info. I wanna go there and study media arts and animation. ^.^

Now just because we're going far away to school doesn't mean we won't come back and check up on you guys next year. (: You got that right! Wow I just went way off topic but anyways, on a college related news, UAT just sent me a letter telling me I've been granted the Presidential Grant of 2000 dollars each year for the next four years. Pretty sweet. Saves me some trouble of applying for one more scholarship.
