Summer.
Going away for the first time
Not kmowing what to expect
But you get there...
knowing these names you'll never forget
At first, you get to know names
then where on Earth they're from,
what they like to do,
and what they do with out knowing
you keep thinking,
this is going to be a drag,
but as you do..
the time speeds you by
It's two weeks before we leave,
we'll probably never meet again,
And i'm wondering..
will they remember me years from now?
Over the weeks,
we've gone through our insecurities,
made friends and enemies
but most of all... made precious memories.
I can finally say:"Summer's Awesome!"
...learned a few languages
...made new friends
...and made the world a smaller place
