It's was a beautiful morning, the sun just beginning to peek it's cheery face over the horizon in the distance. The morning dew sparkled in the new born rays, making it seem as if they were walking on top of water. Though this morning was glorious, anticipation and worry resided in everyone's stomachs.
Nesaru occupied a spot near the entrance of the den, his eyes darting back and forth every few minutes to keep watch. His father had asked him to stick around and presented him with the occupation of "guard" for the morning. His mother was about to give birth to her second litter, which meant more siblings for him to tease when they got older. He smirked a bit, looking over to his father, who appeared ill from anxiousness. "Oh Dad, stop worrying!" Nesaru broke the uncomfortable momentary silence. "Mom is going to be just fine." He put a smile across his muzzle, unwilling to admit that even he himself was nervous. It was unlike him.

Sounds of pain was filling the inside of the cave now, Aine was giving birth! Her claws dug into the rock and she let out another roar of pain as her first baby was born. Cleaning up the child quickly, the second came. Cleaning up her as well she panted and knew the pain was over. The kittens mews were heard as she continued to lick them, nosing them to her so they could get their first drink.
"Tell your father and everyone else, they can come in now..." Aine said softly in Orion's mind.
Orion perked up immediately when his mother's voice touched his mind. "Dad! We can go in now!" He said happily as he rose from his position and nosed Nesaru. Flicking his tail feathers and Aranck and Aries he hurried inside, of course behind his father.

"Move!" Neo said over joyed as he bounded into the den. He looked around and spoted his mate. "Oh my Aine!" He licked her cheek and looked down at the cubs. "Girls?" His face lit up. "GIRLS!" He licked each one. "Darling little... He turned around. Met out new girls!" He smiled and curled around his mate.
Aranck blinked as his father rushed past him. He waited for his father to move before peaking at the little ones. "Well that is a big sign of not picking on anyone." He made a face and chuckled and sat down.
Aries squezed in and sat on Aranck paws. "Finnaly!" She laughed. "Girls!" She giggled and started speaking in latin "Congrats Aine. Parum puella! They es decorus!"
What the hell was going on! She was confurable one minute now what! She smelt her mother and right away knew what to do. She suckled milk until the cold started getting on her nerves. She spoke out with loud mewing.

Following his fiend and his sons, he sat a respectful distance away from the family. It was joyous indeed. And two GIRLS to boot! He'd have work extra hard to keep the males away in the future. In the meantime, he'd do as the others would; Watch over them. Keep them, and the pride, safe. "Congratulations Neo, Aine. they are beautiful."

Nesaru blinked as his father pushed his way through his family and Pride members, growling a bit in agitation, "Yeesh! Pushy!" The purple lion chuckled, understanding his father's excitement, his own paws pushing himself up quickly so he could meet his new siblings. Nesaru didn't even have time to get through the mouth of the den when he heard his father's screams of delight. His jaw dropped, "GIRLS? As in SISTERS!?."

"Duh, as is sisters you fork." Orion said as he heard Nesa's reaction. "That means BOYFRIENDS!" he laughed as he licked one of the cubs. His tails swished back and forth then he dangled them over the kit's heads, watching one of them paw at it.
Aine smiled. "Yes girls, Nesa." A soft chuckle came from her. Her eyes seemed to glow with pride but it was obvious how tired she was. "I would like to introduce to you, Bernadette Alice and Ethel Rowena." Her voice stayed soft and loving as she nuzzled her newest children. "I love you..." She whispered to her girls then looked up to Neo. "And you too..." Looking at everyone else in the cavern she almost laughed again. "And I guess I have to love all of you too... even you Jinan!" Finally a soft chuckle arose and she laid her head on her paws, yawning.

Neo chuckled at his mate. "You pick such better names then me. Look at these three." He laughed as he stuck his tounge out at his sons then looked at Orion. "No! No boyfriends!" He made a face and nuzzled his mate. "They will have to get past me. He placed a paw on her side and nuzzled her.
Aranck laughed at his dads comment. But where was Mei! He was slightly worried even though he was overjoyed he was still greatly worryed. He looked out of the den for a moment and turned his head back to hisfamily.

He laughed at the 'boyfriend comment, the nodded his head in agreement with Neo. Yes, those...'boyfriends' will have to get past the front lines, me and Neo. Then they have the brothers to get through." He chuckled lightly.

((soooo sorry for the delay!!!@_@))
Mei came sprinting towards the den as fast as she possibly could holding the small antelope in her jaws. 'ack! i'm so late!' she cried in her head, She had wanted to get to know Bella better, so the two of them had set off on a little hunt this morning to bring the birthing queen some food. They had taken much to long though! She dropped the prey just outside the entrance as she pranced in quickly. She nuzzled up next to Aranck and glanced at everyone apologetically. "I'm so sorry were late...we brought food for you Aine" she smiled lightly, still very sorry for being so late. Her expression changed as she saw the beautiful cubs. "oh! their so beautiful!" she exclaimed.
Bella came trotting in quickly after Mei, dropping her catch as well outside of the den. She ran up to stand beside Orion, throwing apologies around as mei did. though she could hardly contain her squeal of happiness as she saw the cubs. All her life, she had adored cubs, and had longed for cubs of her own someday. "Their so gorgeous Aine! What are their names?" she asked politely.

Neo smiled at his son's mates as they came into the den. "Their names are Bernadette Alice and Ethel Rowena." He smiled and sat up proudly he smiled and the other two females as they went up to his sons. He was a proud father a the moment, a very proud father indeed. "So Nesaru, when are you going to being a lady of your own around here?" He asked arching a slight brow and nuzzling his mate again.
Aranck's maw grew into a wide smile, he didn't have to be so nervous she was finally home. "Mei you had me worryed!" He smiled at his dad then back at his mate.

Ainluraine purred softly and licked her girls then nuzzled Neo back. "Thank you girls. I am famished..." She said quietly, obviously tired, as she made her way to the carcasses and began chewing on one. The meal filled her quickly and she returned to her newest litter, unable to pull herself away for long. "Thank you... I am so proud of them..." She said as she shot a loving glance at Neo.
Orion grinned as he saw Bella coming in and immediately he was attracted to her. He wasn't to forward with his actions normally but he couldn't resist nuzzling her and licking her. "Well I am glad you are back... you have nothing to be sorry for." He said with a soft smile as he curled his tailfeathers along her back.
