Okay... So, I'm a bit of a noob so work with me if you have the patience.

I'm wondering what the difference is between RP realms and normal ones.

I'm on a normal one currently and I'm wondering what kind of fun I'm missing out on with the rp realms. Do they actually rp on there? Are they more involved with their characters? Do they perform actions and stuff?

I just want to know since I think I may fit in better there... But I'm also reluctant to pay the fee and time of non-playing that comes with switching realms.

If it isn't much of an rp improvement than normal should I just stay put?

On RP realms, in my experience, they do RP more. I'd suggest an RPPVP realm. It really gives more realism to the game.

If I oculd suggest one, I'd say Maelstrom. It's highly populate and for the most part I'd say it's mostly everyone IC.

Besides general chat...That's just bloody madness as usual. gonk

The guide you get in the original version gives you tips on RP.
The main thing you need to remember is that this isnt you playing or other ppl.
Some may be rly nice in RL but may be real jackasses in RP.
You will need to RP according to your rtace and class.
Orcs would be more violent than say the gnomes for instance.
An Priest and Pallys would be more gentle, while the Hunters and maybe druids would be more loners.
Also, it is set in a time where the blade rules alot of things.
If someone disrespects you or your family (RP, ingame) that usually is the grounds for a duel!
But it is always up to you how you play!
