[[ Dani can rp too~ <33 ]]

Zacarias sauntered slowly over the worn path through the snow. Of course, he'd trod this path far too many times this winter, to be honest. But ever since Ehrek had been gone from his life, he was just bored, with nothing to do, so all he really did was wander between his little hidey-hole in the old fallen tree he'd found, and the stream, hoping something interesting would happen. He paused for a moment and looked up as a particularly painful twinge in his hind leg caught him off guard. Ever since that fight he'd been in with that other wolf...The scabs rubbed off on random stuff he brushed against whilst walking, and it bled, and no doubt it was infected by now, but Zac just couldn't bring himself to care.

He just sighed and willed the pain away, though he knew that wouldn't actually work; then he continued on down his little path, just wide enough for a wolf to wander along, foot before foot, in it's typical straight-walking fashion. Though there were dead leaves and dirt, little trails of blood from his pathetic kills and from his injured leg that adorned it. He laughed for a moment, in spite of himself, and then turned right, leaping over a large snow drift and then breaking a new path in some deeper-than-it-looked snow.

“You can not go around attacking other wolves like that, Elk, if Ashe knew—or if her mate knew you’d be in a lot of trouble. You must control yourself, brother.”

Tiah’s words were motherly and caring, she loved her poor brother after all and knew he was in a lot of pain, pain that at one time she felt too, but, unlike Elk she was able to move on and press forward, leaving him behind to deal with his demons alone.

Her empty eyes narrowed as she gazed at him and frowned, sighing deeply as he walked right past her.

“Oh seer, you know it all, don’t you? Why not just tell me what will become of me, eh? Why let me continue acting this way? Mmm? Why not just TELL me what you see? If you are so all mighty and all seeing, why can’t you just see what will happen to me, why do you taunt me so, sister? If you fear my actions, try to stop me.”

He was so very bitter still and though it had been a good few weeks now that he had found her again, he was still not well. His body was more damaged and weak, and unlike Tiah he didn’t have anything to really live for after what had happened to the both of them. He had only his hate and anger left, and inside he knew it would consume him.

But he didn’t try to get better, not right now at least.

His paws pressed forward as he gave her a dark glare and turned his noise, sniffing the air.

Another scent was lingering through; his ears pined backwards as he frowned and spoke out to his sister.

”The snow, listen to it crunch. Someone is coming, keep still.”

A tongue flicked to lap at a small icicle dangling from a snow-covered tree. The elder pine was full of them, and though he'd been doing such an activity for quite a while, with each touch dull eyes flashing open with the new experience. Though, oddly enough the wolf was close enough to a stream that even a pup could navigate it's way there and back, so he obviously wasn't doing it for water.

That implied the question, then why was this odd male doing it?

Perhaps no one knew, sans the wolf himself. But each leap at the tree's dangling spikes brought a rustle of the white powder underneath his paws, an odd determination in this. Were anyone close enough to see the oddly-colored loner, sticking out like a sore thumb against the quiet, snowy wood, they would've noticed that Blaise was talking. To himself. Not just speaking though, counting.

Zac thought for a brief moment that he'd heard voices of other wolves, not far, but far enough that he chose to ignore them, time being, and continued on, thinking himself to be moving toward the crazy end of his time. He paused anyway, however, and then as he heard nothing, rolled forth his shoulders in a shrug and pawed on. The ash-furred wolf shook himself, and his tail waved behind him, cheery, though he was still lonely. At least he was still alive; he grinned. "I don't know what I'd so without my little hidey-hole." He mused, chuckling softly. Continuing a moment longer, he spotted them. The two others he'd heard a moment ago. They weren't far, as he'd assumed, and he glued his tail between his legs as he took a few more forward steps. "Hello?" He called to them quietly, unsure.

He knew that the spot he'd picked to live for now was far from pack lands, so he wasn't sure why they were way out here, though it was none of his business anyway. But it wasn't often he encountered other wolves out here, which is probably why he was so cautious. "I'm not going to attack or anything, just so you know, so there isn't really cause for defense, or hostility, and I'm alone as well, in case you were wondering." He figured he'd just put it out there, and with that, he plopped down in the snow and just watched them. There was a male and a female, from what he could tell, and they looked as though they could be related. Watching and waiting was all Zac really knew, he'd had little interaction with others through his life, and he didn't really know much about the way others could be.

Tiah’s eyes narrowed to fine slits as she spoke out softly, her frame standing still.

“We are also alone and are not looking for conflict. Mind if I come closer?”

At her words Elk gave her a very dirty look and frowned. He thought Tiah was so stupid telling a lone male that she was alone, he could attack her at any minute. Didn’t she know anything? His fangs flashed as he slowly followed his sister, she had already started to move in closer to the other male.

But before he could really get his sights fixated on one wolf he turned at the sight of another.

Quickly he assumed an ambush and growled darkly, jumping in front of his sister, defending her… at least, he thought he was.

The scars upon his body danced as he lowered himself and growled.

Tiah, at first didn’t understand what had set Elk off, but after a second of looking around she stopped and sighed. There was another male in the distance, colored in a strange hue. He was unlike anything she had seen before, so strange in color and actions.

Her dull eyes narrowed as she glanced at her brother and softly nudged him to stop, trying to show him that no one meant nay harm.

But it didn’t work, Elk was still ready to fight at any given second, fangs and claws alike.

“Elk, stop it. He isn’t doing anything to harm you nor I. Stand down before you get us killed.”

They both paused and waited to see what would happen.

"I don't mind. Although I must warn you, I've no idea how to entertain others, so if entertainment be what you seek, you may as well move on." He added, laying his ears back as a slightly sad look passed his features. Zac shrugged again and then looked after the female's companion, his gaze also settling upon the oddly colored wolf. "Interesting..." He mumbled to himself, flicking his tail but once, and then turning back to the female, as she was moving closer to him. At least she'd asked if it was okay and didn't just run up and do whatever...he had no idea where that train of thought had been going, and smiled stupidly. "I'm Zac....arias..." He trailed off. It had been a choice between his full name or the shortened version, and he made up his mind half-way through speaking. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Though, he did say he had no idea how to act. Well, that wasn't completely true, he said he didn't know how to entertain. Although stupidity was mildly entertaining, he supposed.

He turned back to look at the female's companion again, and then another thought crossed his mind. "I guess this seems awkward, but I'm not a liar, and I swear I've never seen that other before. Mere coincidence, I suppose, that he happened to be there as I told you I was alone." He sighed. This made it seem like he'd lied; though being defensive probably wasn't helping his case. But for some reason the female just looked like one of those wolves who would just know. Though if she chose not to trust him, it would be okay, since he probably wouldn't trust himself right now if he wasn't....himself.

Dancing around the tree gaily, puffed tail waving behind him the male eyed the icy cones dripping down from the foliage, a pink tongue lashing quickly over his cobalt nose. But whispers on the crisp winter wind followed by chances of scents brought prospect of much more interesting things. Still counting to himself the teal-furred male stood, shaking himself free of the snow that lightly dusted his odd pelt.

"Two...One........Two. Two."

Blaise mumbled, eyes catching sight of the pair of wolves. The smaller of the pair was so bright, it nearly harmed his sight how bright it was! It was like blood! Red like blood or fire. Dull yellow eyes stared at the female, head cocked lightly and jaw slack at the sight of them. And then, there was another, as equally as unsuspected but not nearly as interesting.

"Two...One? One...Two...One."
