The Raptor seems to be more celebrated, so I'll go with that.

Strategically, the Raptor would be amazing in a war where both sides have an Air Force. Historically, the -15. Honestly, though, the F-16 was a more stable fighter.

The raptor, but you got to remember how much newer technologies are in the raptor. Wait until their done re-vamping the Eagle and ask this question again.
