There seem to be many people in Jigsaw's traps that are linked to Jill. Paul Stallberg (razor wire trap), the man with the question mark on his stomach (Amanda's trap), Gus (killed by the gun peephole on the door in Saw II), Michael (death mask trap), Troy (the bomb trap in the classroom), and Trevor (mausoleum trap) are all in Jill's clinic in the flashback. Addison (razor box trap) is also seen with John outside of Jill's clinic. Nurse Deborah is the woman who tries to calm Lynn when she has to work with the boy that was in the car accident. Deborah is seen in a flashback in Saw IV as the Nurse who helps Jill with her miscarriage.
NOTE: Deborah hasn't been in a trap yet, just in a different Saw movie.
My question is what does all of this mean if anything?

well I think that it just explains how John found out about their pasts and what they were doing to themselves plus that they are all linked to each other through the clinic, but then again it could mean more, you never really know with Saw because of all its twists.

Jill is still a possibilty *personally to me*, like in every horror movie you can't rule anyone out. Just look at Hoffman he was just a forsenic dectective *until I notice after watching IV then III when he took things from the crime scene* and was made a apprentice. With help from Jill and Hoffman there will be plenty of info for traps mrgreen ! But I guess we have to wait until Oct. 24 to find out a little bit more crying .....

The clinic was for people who didn't appreciate life of something like that. I think that's what John told her in Saw 4 in a flashback scene. All those people didn't cherish their life. John live by the motto "those who don't appreciate life, do not deserve life". So, since those people didn't, I'm guessing that's why they are being tested.
