First of all, sorry I've been gone so long. I've been going through a LOT lately, but that is another post entirely. I'm back and hope to be helpful to anyone and everyone I can.
I've been having some serious paranoid delusions again and was wondering if you guys had any advice. Lately I havent been getting along with a girl at work (Pizza Hut). A few days ago I felt as if my throat hurt after eating and my mind immediatly said "someone poisoned my food" after that first thought everything I drank tasted funny. I spent the rest of my work shift utterly convinced someone was trying to poison me. It was terrible. I was worried and on edge all evening. Until finally my friend came to pick me up and I told her about all what I was feeling. She sat me down and convinced me that I was having delusions again. I used to have these problems a lot in high school but havent lately. Is there something wrong with me?

Well, have you talked to a psych about this? My hubby has delusions also (revolving around 9/11- he thinks Canada's gonna get bombed. ). He's on anxiety medications and it's doing wonders.
Have you been on any kind of medication for this?
