(The age old question...not really but yeah)
Triginta Tres lurked among a gathering of a few tall spruce trees in the cold and barren North. Her black, soulless eyes watched the ever expansive land for signs of life. She was hungry and in need of a decent sized prey to feed her hungry and blood lust. She held very still, every muscle taunt so as not to be noticed. Her smell alone was bad enough. She smelled of death. Some animals didn't pay her mind when she was still for they thought her a dead animal....not something deadly and alive lurking...waiting for them to get close enough. But today it seemed prey was scare once again.

Sorry for the slow response. ^_^;
Not too far away, Tyrril stalks a herd of whitetail deer. There is a buck that he did have his eye on, but not wanting to fight much for his meal, he has begun to search for an easier target. Spotting a doe, he started to go at her, but stopped when he saw she was herding a tiny fawn to her side. He groaned lightly. Tyrril didn't have any interest in taking down the mother-doe or fawns...They kept up the herd, and killing them would only kill off the entire herd.
The alpha buck perks his ears suddenly and takes off into the distant snow. He had obviously gotten wind of something he didn't like, and quickly the others followed him.
"What the...I am down wind of them...there's no way they could've..." He stopped as he caught the same scent that they had. His nose twitched lightly. The smell of death did not much bother him anymore, but regardless, he breathed out sharply and began to look for the source of the scent. Finding the female helix, he blinked and stopped. Although she smelled dead, her black eyes carried a certain intensity to them that could in no way be dead.
"Who are you?" He asked quietly, intrigued.

Her eyes suddenly moved and she was looking straight at him. She shifted and moved a paw forward as if she was going to move towards him, but she stopped. "I am Triginta Tres," she spoke in a haunting voice. A voice which was actually quite lovely despite her over all appearance and smell.
The snow around her was stained with blood as she had been standing there for a while waiting for prey to lurk closer. The end of her long tail twitched and writhe on the ground like a snake. "Who is it that wishes to know my name for I wish to know there's in return."

Paying no mind to the bloodstained snow, he purrs back in his soft dark voice, "My name is Tyrril, Triginta Tres." He bows his head, and glances up at her. "It is nice to meet you."
He raises his head again and meets her black eyes with a smile.
"Beautiful markings." Although she did reek of death, Tyrril wanted to get to know her. She was quite interesting to the snow helix.

Her gaze seemed a bit wandering which was hard to notice as she had no pupils or eye color besides the black void. She shifted again towards him and stopped. The stain noticeably spread more around her feet. "How is it-" she stopped speaking and her ears raised a bit.
"My markings? They aren't markings....." she murmured. Her hackles raising just slightly as if something was bothering her. Her head swayed side to side similar to a snake as if she was trying to see something. She couldn't comment on his markings....she couldn't see them if there was any.
