The flagship and military base of the Federation. It's name is from a long forgot language, and means "God of storms", just ask commander Hyoujin, he chose the name. This ship serves as the "last home" for all Mobile Suit pilots. Contained within the hull is housing enough for all pilots as well as the ship's crew and staff, various dining areas to create any desired atmosphere, and various recreational areas including several holo-decks, artificial parks that rival those few left on earth. More military-minded areas of the ship include the Mobile Suit hanger which doubles as the maintenance garage, the bridge, and the athletic facilities which include a swimming pool, a weight room, a track and field area complete with various sports fields. The hull is dotted with heavy long-range cannons and rapid-fire short-range guns.

All academy graduates are transported here for their swearing in ceremony, and are then immediately shipped off to war.
