It seems the majority of this Guild have come to the decision to not obey the Uniform orders. Due to this fact, disciplinary action will be given to members not wearing the uniform as issued. Also, a weekly "Uniform Inspection" may be instated to enforce this rule.
I do not have this rule just to be an a*****e. Unlike many other military Guilds, this Guild has a standard uniform. It shows your commitment to the Guild and also shows to the civilian population of Gaia who you belong to. It sets us apart from the rest of Gaia.
It also promotes uniformity and teamwork. Its a good thing when you are fishing or exploring a town and someone sees you and thinks "Wow, that guy looks really squared away. I wanna be like him." It helps promote the guild and recruit new members. As the hymn says, you should be proud to bear the title.
If you need help with obtaining uniform items, they will be issued to you accordingly.
