Shadda's drow have seperated into two very different factions.
This fraction is ruled by Danni Kenwlyn.
Part of her faction is Rile, her cousin.

For your consideration
Rile like Jyses was born in merchant class. Unlike Jyses, Rile was born when his mother was just getting started. E'lea was much more severe raising him. Quite traditional. Rile behaves like a house drow.
