I was watching some videos on YouTube the other day about supercooling. It's basically a process where a liquid is below its freezing point and when a vibration or shock is introduced, it instantly turns into ice.
I did as was directed. I took a bottle of Fiji water and stuck it in my freezer overnight making sure it wouldn't be disturbed. The next day, in the morning I carefully took out the bottle of water and it was still a liquid. I then shook the bottle and sure enough the liquid turned into ice right before my eyes within seconds.
