Susan sighed heavilly and pawed at his ear in a mixture of nervousness, hesitancy and slight irritation, not at Hedda but more towards his mother. He looked up at Hedda and shook his head, a bitter smile on his face. "nah..." he said, a slight bit of acid in his voice, as he went from looking at Hedda to looking back up at the stars. "she was too busy trying to make my father happy that to actually worry about me..." he shook his head at a few unpleasant memories and laughed slightly. "but yeah, it is a pretty crappy name for a guy."

She just sat there and stared at him for a long moment. She had never heard of a mother ignoring her child like he spoke of. And the tone of his voice had changed when he talk of her. Either he was a very good lier or he really hated the Ulaya that had given birht to him.
Looking away again she took a breath of the cool night air and slowly let it out again. Her mind ran over the thought that there where females out there that could be just like the males she hated so. No, that wasn't true. Just because there might be one, didn't mean there where others. Looking back at the male she spoke again. " Why don't you choose another name, if you don't like your given one you could choose to go by another. "

Susan sighed berathing out all of his issus and angers in one long exhalation. He felt his shoulders sag slightly as he shook his head. "I've tried, I always attempt to just simpy LIE, to say my last name -Anthony- rahter than my first name... But I'm such a bad liar. It never works out for me." He shook his head once more and laughed slightly, and awkwardly. "I think i'm doomed to keep my original name."
