I was knitting and watching my bf play Mass Effect 2 last night at 2:30. I might not be able to play it (stupid shooters making me sick >_<) but I did like the story and character development of the first, and the second one is proving to be better. Yay!

Last night at about 2:30 I was working on a crocheted afghan while watching the first disk of Death Note again. I like to watch things while crafting, but I'm picky as to what I'll watch because I don't want it to be something too in depth or something that I haven't seen yet (or both). It's because if I do that I'll be constantly stopping either my project or the dvd to back it up and see what I missed. Either way it's annoying. At least if I watch something familiar I can pay attention to it but not miss anything when I stop to make sure the pattern is working up correctly (a lot of basic things I can actually do more or less by touch, but I do like to check visually every once in a while to make sure it's looking the way it should).

At about 2:30 I was doing half-assed research for a project I might have been roped into. Actually, I'm just taking a break from it; I'm feeling kinda full at the moment so I want to let it digest before cramming more information into my brain.

It's just after four in the morning and I'm still awake. Though at least now it's because I'm not tired, and not because I can't fall asleep. Insomnia sucks, but weird sleep habits are fine by me. Plus it lets me knit with no distractions xd
