Yeah that did cross my mind. I went there and it said she healed my pet or pets. But it said their hunger and hit points were restored. They still have cricky neck. I don't even know what hit points are all about because I never battle anyone.

You have to go a few times. Sometimes she heals hit points (if you don't battle, don't worry about them), sometimes hunger, sometimes she gives a healing potion, etc.
She WILL cure your pets though, it'll just take a few visits.

she is wearing the radiant prism, hermes moon, and toadstool....but there are a couple other items she has on(fallen wish, faustos bottle) which i believe are hidden cause she is the little rabbit thing from hermes moon....
plum...if you ever want to know what someone has on ...they have made a way for you to see....the box up under the avi click the arrow and in the drop down menu click on view equipped list...it will show all the items 3noddingwink
Ahh. Thanks, I will keep trying then. So far she has given me two bottles which did nothing when they drank them. I will keep you updated. I used our savings to pay for two neck braces so I still have two pets to fix up. I couldn't bear to look at the other two. The looks they were giving me!
Let me know if "View Equipped List" doesn't work. I haven't disabled it that I know of. I disabled my profile a while ago except to friends due to hackers' attempts.
I have radiant prism, toadstool and hermes moon. I was trying some of the other items on and they must have stayed listed. I copied banbuijo's avvie. She has hermes moon, pixie instead of radiant prism and some sort of clover instead of toadstool.
As for the trophy saga, I've been playing lots of pyramids and have cleared the deck twice. It says I got a bronze trophy and I can see it when I play but it doesn't show up in my trophy cabinet. I'm still sure people are cheating. (I'm such a whinger. lol) I think my highest score on hasee bounce is around 300 and the person with the highest score has 1000. I just don't see how people get there. (Just checked, there's actually someone on 5000 now. stare ) As for the newer super hasee bounce, I can see that the high score could be possible. Mine is around 1000 and the highest is around 1500. I just need to hit more special balloons and avoid the bad ones. Typing Terror is beyond me now. I used to think I could get there. My high score was 3300 and the highest was 3500 but now it is 4000. Sigh.

Yay! You are so right! I went to the healing springs and it said my lupe was healed but my lupe was already healed. So I made my uni the active pet instead (despite not wanting to look at her sick face) and waited a few hours. I went to the healing springs again and this time the uni was healed. So now I've made the last sick pet into the active pet and will wait a few hours.
I think you can go to the healing springs every 40 minutes. It's always much, much better than buying a cure, especially an expensive one!

Oh boy. Thanks you guys. This time the fairy said All Your Pets' Health is Restored. And the last one is better. The message on neopets should mention the healing springs instead of just saying "go to the pharmacy". My son's account is called booph if anyone wants to check out his pets. Now that they are all smiling again!
Thanks for letting me know about how to view the equipped stuff. I might have to look into getting a Prism, I don't' think I have one. And the toadstool is actually cute.

Good news. We got one of those laboratory map pieces and I put it up for auction thinking we might get 2k if we were lucky. (I don't know what they are worth.) And we got almost 100k for it!!! That makes up for the 100k I wasted on those stupid neck braces.
