 Renee slowly began to walk around a little dirt path enjoying the day. The sun was shining the flowers blooming and the trees bared fruit. It was perfect except for one thing that kept running though her mind, the fact that she had no one to share the great day with. Knowing that, she sighed lightly before smiling yet again and continuing down the path towards a small pond.

Arida danced through the willow withes next to the pond, her silver pelt shining in the sun. Her purple mane and tufts glowed in the light reflected from the pool, and she was perfectly happy.
That is, until she lost her footing and fell backwards into the pond with a loud sploosh and a big splash.

s Renee continued down the path she heard a splash and twitched her ears a bit. She looked towards the pond a bit before running off to it. Once she got there and saw the purple and grey fallen in the water, she quickly hid behind a tree and giggled lightly before coming out of hiding calling to her.
“Hey are you alright?”

Arida poked her head up from the water, spitting out some. Her purple tuft covered one eye, making it hard to see. What Arida did manage to see was another ulaya, a very pretty cinnamon-ish color, poking out from behind a tree.
"Yeah, I'm fine. This happens a lot." Arida called back with a grin and a chuckle.

Renee smiled now knowing that the other Ulaya was alright so she began to walk towards her. “Well just be careful around this pond the mud under the water is pretty loose so it is ea…” Was all Renee was able to say before stepping on some loose soil and slipping herself. Like with Arida she fell with a giant splash. Once all the water was back in place and the water didn’t look disturbed yet again, Renee slowly began to open her eyes to see some mud on her snout and on her head. Once she sat back on her hind legs she began to laugh at herself.

"Oh, well, now I guess I can ask you the same!" Arida said, grinning. It took only a second before she burst into laughter. She tried to stand up, but she slipped on some of the mud, causing her to fall over again, which only made her laugh harder.

As soon as Arida fell again she began to laugh harder. She slowly climbed out of the pond and onto the bank around it “Well that was funny.” She finally managed to say after all the laughing. Once she shook some of the mud off she turned back towards the other Ulaya. “Hello I’m Renee.”

"Well, it's great to meet you, Renee. I'm Arida." Arida said with a smile. This other ulaya was nice, and she felt like they were going to be great friends later. Maybe Baju and Caberet would like to meet her as well, seeing as those two didn't get out much. She flicked a bit of a cattail out of her tail, letting the sun warm her.

“Well it is very nice to meet you Arida.” Renee said to her with a even wider smile. Renee was happy as well. She really loved to meet new Ulaya though she never met any beside her lately. She quickly knew that Arida would be a great companion. As she thought of all this, a deep growl came from her stomach and she looked down to it.
“I’m sorry I haven’t eaten all day, that’s probably why it is growling at me.” Renee said.
