~When you get a fruit put it in the item update thread~
You may only eat one devil fruit prior to getting an extraction. Eating more than one devil fruit will cause the eater to explode and die as said in One Piece.
Cursed Fruits are classified into three different groups: Paramecia, Zoan, and Logia.
The main weakness of all Devil Fruits is, upon eating a devil fruit a user will lose the ability to swim, when submerged in a large body of water especially the ocean the user will not be able to move, they will be a "rock in the water"
Certain Fruits are Marine only fruits due to the fact that you will only be able to learn techniques from Marines.
Types of Devil Fruits
Paramecia
Effect: These Cursed Fruit alter the user's body in some way.
Strengths: Grants the user the ability to perform a trait that can be classified only as 'superhuman'.
Weakness: The Paramecia type is also the group that contains the powers or special traits that are considered 'useless' to the user, granting little or no real advantage what so ever. Paramecia types are also the easiest to fight against because while the strengths of their powers give them an advantage, they also make them easy to predict and often their abilities are displayed to their fullest within a very short period of time.
Other information: Paramecia types are the most common of the Cursed Fruits types. Paramecia fruits can be divided into several subcategories, as it is impossible to generalize the powers. For instance, some Cursed Fruits are always active. Other Cursed Fruit users must mentally activate the changes in their bodies, while again others can't change their bodies at all. They, however, all seem to come in two basic types, abilities that directly affect the body and abilities that give the user some power. Whatever powers a Paramecia Fruit gives, it is based on the concept of either a characteristic.
Zoan
Effect: Allows the user to transform into an animal. This Fruit provides three forms: the user's natural form, a full animal form; where the animal's size is often greatly exaggerated, and a hybrid form, combining both original and animal form, usually in a bizarre way. Despite rumors, these Fruits cannot give human eaters the ability to talk to animals.
Strength: Mainly improves physical abilities and allows the user to use his or her 3 forms to adapt to a situation during a fight to find the form that gives the biggest advantage. In their hybrid form, Zoan users experience enhanced senses as this form uses a combination of both animal and human abilities.
Weakness: They are limited to the capabilities of the animal they are able to transform into. The Zoan type Cursed Fruit is wasted if eaten by the creature it represents. However, in the case of the a Cursed Fruit being eaten by the creature it represents, they would simply become the perfect form of the animal they are.
Other information: A majority of the Zoan Cursed fruits also come in different "models" that result in variations of the animal.
Logia
Effect: With these Fruits, the user may actually become a natural element in its entirety. Ever since their abilities are gained, they are neither completely human nor element in their default state.
Strength: Considered by many to be the most powerful of the three groups. Logia users can tap unlimited amounts of their respective elements from their own bodies, and the "extracted" element be manipulated however the user wishes.
Weakness: Thus far there have been very few ways in which a person may do physical harm on a Logia user. The main method of causing harm to a Logia user, aside from exploiting the effects of the sea and seastone, are natural weaknesses which, when exploited, can ultimately negate the Logia power. The only other time a physical blow may hurt the user is when he or she is caught off guard, as this gives the user no time to react to the attack.
Other information: Logia is the rarest of the three groups of Cursed Fruit. Logia users can control their element if it is already existing in the environment, but cannot control their elements if the element is in another form. They may counter this by manipulating their surroundings into generating it. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Obtaining a Cursed Fruit
To obtain a Cursed Fruit, you must acquire a minimum of 100,000 experience. Next, you must PM any mod to try and stop you while you look for the fruit in the South Blue. You must get through the island, take your Fruit, and quickly return back to your boat before you can eat the Fruit. You do not have to eat the fruit, but once you leave the island you can not return unless the fruit is extracted from your body.

Extracting a Cursed Fruit
To extract a Cursed Fruit, 150,000 experience is needed. From there you must go to The Fruit Extraction Site in the North Blue. This is at the exact opposite end of the world as the island where an individual would have picked their cursed fruit.
~Note: You will need a mod to help you and oversee this process so please PM one.
Rules for Extraction
1) If the fruit is extracted you may return to the South Blue's You may only extract a Cursed Fruit from your body twice.
2) An extracted fruit is not kept by the former user but rather is destroyed entirely. Since there can only be one of each cursed fruit in existence at a time, a new fruit, the same type as the one extracted will grow in the South Blue.
3) Due to the pressure put on the body in the extraction process the individual will have to rest. In this resting period the user is a "sitting duck" he/she cannot use techniques to protect themselves. However they can be engaged in a fight so it is best to have someone with them.
The user will feel better after 48 hours(real time) and 15 posts which will be separated over the span of two days.
4) For those who extract their fruit all the techniques they made using their fruit will be forgotten. This means that their cursed fruit customs and their cursed fruit NPC moves will be erased. The experience gained from these techniques will be removed from the user. They will be allowed to make more attacks upon getting a new fruit but if they gained the option of making additional cursed fruit techniques due to an event they will not be able to redeem these extra slots.
For Example: The Christmas Event says I can make an additional Cursed Fruit technique I do so. I then get my fruit extracted, with my new fruit I will not be able to fill the Christmas Event slot. Instead I will have only the original 5 I can create.
Seastone
Seastone is a material used by the Marines and The World Government it has the power to nullify those of a devil fruit.
It affects each type of Devil Fruit in a different way.
Paramecia: When a paramecia's body comes in contact with Seastone the user will not only lose all their devil fruit powers but will appear sluggish. As soon as the sea stone item breaks contact with the user their powers are restored but the user will feel fine.
Zoan: These fruits are the most resistant to seastone. When a Zoan's body comes in contact with seastone they will lose their powers but will feel the same as they do in their normal human stage. As soon as the seastone item breaks contact with the user their powers are restored but the user will still have some side effects.
Logia: These fruits are the least resistant to seastone. When touched by seastone the user will not longer be able to use their powers and will feel like a rock in the water. They cannot move until the seastone breaks contact with their skin. After they are free from the seastone's power they feel sluggish.

Cursed Fruit Ability: Allows the user to split his or her body apart and control the pieces at will, also becoming permanently immune to being cut.

Cursed Fruit Ability: Allows the user to tap unlimited amounts of wax from his/her body, and create things from it. When the wax hardens, it becomes a very strong substance. Despite the its density, the wax can be melted by fire just like normal wax.

The user also, in order to use a more advance form of ghost, can become completely limp and immobile and enter an astral projection state. Their astral state may be strong against physical attacks, but while they are projecting their consciousness, their solid body is completely susceptible to attack.
