Hello customers! So you want to get in contact with the staff? Great! This is the thread for you. But there are rules for contacting the staff, so be warned if you contact us for no reason.

Rules

X Do not contact the staff unless you have an emergency or they give the okay.

X Do not badger the staff about your customs or breedings. It takes time to do things, so be patient!

X PM whatever staff member you need to talk to and get their permission before IMing them.

X The main way of contacting the staff is MSN, but other messengers may be available.

X If you don't follow these rules you will go on the gray list!

X Repeated breaking of these rules will result in black listing.

X Rules are subject to change.
