This topic contains a list of known issues (glitches/bugs/etc) within the Clan Features.
It also contains old and resolved issues, along with some general Clans information.
Please only post on-topic stuff into this thread (as in Clans issues/problems and such).
Please do not contact me by PM regarding such things, i'm not staff or a developer of this site.

GlitchesStatus Legend Following list explains what the color of the problem title means.
Red: [Broken Feature]
New/Unfixed Problem (No workarounds)
Green: [Fixed and Resolved]
This Problem should be resolved
Blue: [Has Workaround]
Gaia users/staff have found a way around the problem
Indigo: [Unconfirmed]
Glitch has been reported but has not or cannot be confirmed/reproduced, or has not yet been proven to be a glitch
Orange: [Updated/General]
Updated/General Information like notice
Clan Roster Hierarchy Misordered
Top level positions are being ordered randomly
Clans Randomly Excluded from Registry
Some clans are not being included in the results when searching the registry
-May just be due to clan misconfiguration

Seeing as Clans have taken their first step away from being a GGN clone (as far as I've been informed), I think they deserve this

It has been brought to my attention that there is a bug preventing users from transferring clan ownership. I am attempting to buy a clan from a associate of mine using a mule which is not a member of a clan but he is receiving an error prompt.
Could someone please look into this?

with guilds you can only transfer membership to someone who is in the guild, they might also need to be vicecaptain but I don't know for sure.
-If you would like it to work differently put it in the suggestion thread, but in my opinion it's a security measure that should stay
Also with guilds there is the option to have your guild hidden from the registry, this clan might have that option enabled

with the roster bug, is this refering to the member list or the clans-you-are-a-member-of list?

Well I think Jan could be referring to a glitch that lets member (if they search the Clan Member list for themself) appear as Not A Member. Since you can only be a member of one Clan, you have no "clans-you-are-a-member-of" list.

That's why I was confused, in the alternate glitch list Jan links to this image is associated with the roster bug  If the one clan rule had changed and this was in reference to the member-of list then it would be the same problem guilds have been having for months

Newest roster bug (awaiting today's guild/clan patch) shows clans with one member on the front page.

HI
I WHEN I GO TO THE MEMBERS LIST AND CLICK ON A MEMBERS NAME TO GO TO THERE PROFILE IT WILL ALWAYS BRING IT TO MY PROFILE ITS GETING ME PIST CUSS NOW I HAVE TO LOOK MY MEMBERS UP
AND OCATIONALY A TOPIC WILL LOCK ME OUT THATS GOT FUGE RITEN ALL OVER IT
and i just notest the caplock ooops but the clans do need majer changes soon anyone who agres say[ I ] in your post
