As long as the human race can remember, there have been denziens of the night, those who invoke fear and dread in the mortals of the hellish sunlight. The squealing insects hid in fear of these manifestations of demons, wondering what could possibly stop such powerful beings.
Then, in Transylvania, the humans had rose up against the current vampire lord, Dracula, driving a stake through his heart.
Believing themselves victorious, the humans had celebrated, and others began rising up against the other vampire lords and mistresses. Several met with the same fate as Dracula, being attacked while still sleeping within thier coffins.
Yet many others had created a bloodbath of the weak humans when they had been attacked. Some were so powerful they simply eradicated the humans without a second thought, but others met their match as soon as enough of the insects came to fight.
Soon, vampire after vampire met his match against the incessant humans, and their lairs were not the safest of havens any longer. Their trust in their human servants was betrayed, ande even more vampires met their doom to the cattle upon which they feasted.
Hunted, alone, and misbegotten. This is their story.
