-You stumble upon a little journal filled with field research of lions and lioness's. you turn to the first page and start reading-

More to come later.

Just for fun purposes a size chart of my lion(ness)s.

Monirik is 9'9" from nose to tail tip and 4'8" at the shoulder (I see him as large male, in my mind the Da'lin are larger than the Zahina.) Weighs 412 pounds( like all Da'lin he's pure muscle from fighting.)

Carmon is 9'6" from nose to tail tip and 4'6" at the shoulder (he is large for a male, mostly because of his legs) Weighs 400 pounds even.

Edgar is 7'4" from nose to tail tip and is 2'9" at the shoulder (he is below average in size and strength) Weighs 340 pounds.

Ceridwen is 7'6" from nose to tail tip and is 3'8" at the shoulder (she is quite large body height size) Weighs 360 pounds (she is not over weight though she is a heavy set female)

Terra is 7,7 from nose to tail tip and is 3'9" at the shoulder( pretty much she is about the same size as Ceridwen though she is dwarfed next to Monirik ((at least her uncert is when his is at 100% she fits in his tail))

Cubs: N/A as above no male has courted her in to having cubs

Bio: Care-free, Ceridwen is the type to bounce up to a random lion and declare friendship based on looks and first speech. She is a cub at heart. If any male lion dares tempt to court her you may be surprised that she can be leveled headed at serious times and would never just flaunt her gender around so a male could take advantage of her. She maybe happy-go-lucky but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t know when to be serious. She absolutly loves poetry, meaning that if a male would like to court her he probably have a better time of it by writing her a poem.

Plotting ideas for her: Hopefully mated and with cubs in the future, friends, adopted sister/brother(s).

Bio: Spoiled rotten from the time he was born to the time he left his pride. Edgar is a lion that is as snotty as a lion with the flu. He thinks the world revolves around his arse and lets it be known that in his old pride HE should have been King. He is not shy to take what he thinks belongs to him stepping on all those under him so that his star is shining far above others. His head is so bloated that it should surely pop. He has a bad temper along with his need for power along with everything in a six mile radius. Selfish does not begin to explain his behavior he is just a greedy little stuck up prissy prep of a cub that should anyone tell him no he springs in to a full tantrum and wildly flails until he gets what he wants. You would think that he has everything, but he is missing one thing self-confidence.

Should anything or anyone get in his way be prepared for a battle that could make a grown man cry. He cannot fight to save his all important arse in a fight against a rabbit. Such is kings on their thrones, they send warriors to fight their battles and Edgar is a powerful manipulator. He would rather send someone to hunt than bloody his own claws. Some say he even manipulates his prey into letting him dine on them. His skill of manipulation is one to be wary of he can make the most hard of minds do his bidding with a couple of skillful words here and another line of deceit there, he can make the best of lovers fight against one another to get his way.

Plotting ideas for him: .........Not much, probably cubs that we know about and possibly a pride.

Distinctive features: Black fur with a green marking from head to hip stopping at the elbow joint and the knee joint, a light green making starting from shoulder stopping just short of the green marking, black .oO. markings under his eyes, dark green .oO. on his shoulder going to wards his back, a green streaked black mane and tail fluff, blue elusive eyes, and a gold beaded tail band. (holy crap thats a lot of distinctive features)

Personality: Bouncy, he never stops: talking, tapping his front toes, looking around he is always doing something. Some would say he is nervous, but he is just full of energy. He has two speeds zero and fifty when it comes to moving, talking, etc.

His past: He was born to an average mother; his father was a roving lion that happened to have a one night stand full of mistakes with his mother. When he was born he was a nosy cub always crying. He was the only one in his litter. No known reason for his single birth. When he became a child no one knew where he was from one time to the next he was everywhere. He was missing more than he was there. He was always out practicing how to hunt or something. He was (still is) not the best navigator he was always getting lost during hunting practice with his mum. He got lost like usual, when his pride was moving to the temple for breeding reasons. He was running about staying out from under paws the best he could, he had already learned to hunt by this point and was about to become a juvenile, he went off on his own to hunt and scout up ahead. He had strayed too far from his pride and ended up losing sight of his mother, his pride’s leader, and his entire pride. He searched for days that slowly became months that turned into a year without his pride. Unknowing, to him at the time, he had been going around in circles. He had changed from a bouncy little cub to an all-out jittery adult that is excitable at nearly everything. He clings to others like glue, it is hard to lose him when he has met you; he clings because he is lonely. He is undoubtedly loyal to his friends. He is almost dog like in his entire being he is obedient and loyal to a fault and that is how he has been hurt by those that use that to their advantage. Mostly he is hurt by the fact that they tell him they will be back, but they never return. He is not stable on his own. He is not the best to travel with seeing as he has few navigating skills. He now is searching for a pride to take him in. He rarely smiles like he once used to. He has a knowing fear that his loyalty could be used for the wrong thing and is very skittish for the fact. &#xwi;ll revise later%

Plotting ideas for him: Malek or any other lion teaching him about the Da'lin. Maybe a love interest? ((<- probably not.))

Distinctive features: Dark Grayish brown fur with black dots in the form of stripes all over his body. Mane and tail poof are two toned/ black and white/ Green eyes, messy mane, and claws tell the story of this Da'lin.

Bio: A rouge from near birth, Monirik never knew love. Tossed aside by his mother a faithful follower of Zahina. Scorned from the moment he took his first breath. He only knows hatred and neutrality. He is deceivingly calm once his intended victim is caught unaware he strikes. He is the master of patience and as sly as a snake. He taught himself to fight. He has become known as the silent shadow. When he stalks the shadows even the keenest ear can be tricked.

Meaning: Ground/Earth, it is latin

Nicknames: Ra-ra, Misfit, Oddy, Oddball, and Weird

Breed: Um, Common Zahina?

Distinctive features: A Calico of green, gray, and black obviously not the lion you would expect to find in the wild. White belly and paws along with blue eyes seem to be the only thing natural about this girl.

Bio: Terra is an oddball. There is nothing about this girl that doesn't say weird. She is friendly to all. That includes Da'lin lions. She is not ashamed to say that she will spend time with Da'lin's, However, She is not cruel likd them. The only Da'lins she has come across are ones she has nursed back to health and sent on their way. A lion with as many friends as enemies. Terra not being of natural colors she is seen as weak and in need of protection, but on with a closer look at her, she is not a damsel in distress. She has been taking care of herself when she got fed up with her parent's pride calling her Misfit.

Distinctive features: Bright Orange fur coat with a darker shade of markings barely visible in dim light. Green eyes that have seen a lot.

Bio: Blitzi is not the kind of lion that could be considered damsel in distress. She is not afraid to speak her mind weather or not it is appropriate. She does what she can to get by and will tell the blatant truth. She's not the lioness to be scared easily in fact she enjoys scaring others. Most say she's border line between Zahina and Da'lin faith.

Plotting ideas for her: Meet other lions. Meet a "damsel" in distress (most likely would want a male lion for this idea)
