Step 1
Cleaning out Members
-A list has been created of all the users in this guild, organized by post count by descending order. Since no new users seem to have been admitted recently, whether or not they have had a chance to post is no concern of mine.
-Members with double-and triple-digit post counts shall be sent a PM warning of their imminent dismissal.
-Members with 0 posts will be banned outright.
-I have yet to decided how to deal with the single-digit post members, however, I think they will be dismissed as well.

Deleting Old Threads
-All threads with no new posts during 2009 will be un-stickied, and un-announced.
-They will then be moved to the Trash Bin, and will await further judgment.

Step 3
Reorganizing Forums
-As I am not Captain, nor Vice-Captain, I do not have the authority to do all this myself. The following merely outlines my opinions. Steps that I am able to carry out myself, I will.
-All roleplays should be moved into one subforum, regardless of their last post.
-Guild profiles should be with the roleplays as well.
-The main forum should either be reserved for all OOC chat, Announcement and newbie information only, or become the main roleplay forum.
