Morning had dawned with the promise of sunshine and warmth, Pavati stretching and yawning had decided to take advantage of this and now walked a meandering path along a babbling stream she was especially fond of. The shoreline was soft underfoot and the water pleasant to listen to, natures music at it's finest.
Her rolling feline gait was graceful but unhurried as she strode along this natural beauty with no clear destination in mind. Sometimes it was nice to just wander, Pavati was good at wandering - in fact the aqua hued femme rarely set out with any goal in mind. Life was far more exciting when you just let it unfold before you in her opinion. She was well aware that other Coeurls did not share this viewpoint, she had watched them scurry to and fro in some mad obsession with this goal or that - it all seemed far to rigid to her, trying to stuff your life into a neatly labeled box.
But if it made them happy...then who was she to interfere? Pavati simply watched with emerald eyes and continued on her her way.

Ithai let a heavy, bored sigh escape his nostrils as he padded along. He was a healer, though not quite of elder status, but what really made him noticeable were the black, curled ram horns on either side of his head.
That and the leather bracer on his forearm. It was sign he had a bonded human, one he was missing at the moment. The bored coeurl's human had entered the main city, where his kind simply didn't enter, so he was lonely for the day.
He trotted along taking in the sights of the environment when he came to the stream, picking up his pace until he came to the edge to lower his head and drink. Only for a moment, before his yellow eyes spotted another coeurl near.

Pavati's morning stroll came to a halt as she caught sight of her fellow Coeurl, her flickering in gaze shifted over him quickly, tail twitching a staccato beat against the grass. She had never before seen a Coeurl with horns and the scent of human followed him closely...a bonded Coeurl then.
Quick eyes appraised the surrounding landscape but no sign of the Coeurls two legged partner was to be seen. That was good...Pavati was uneasy around humans despite the fact that they meant her no harm and had never done anything to her that she could recall.
Stirring herself from such inner thoughts Pavati fluffed her fur and settled on her haunches, a pleasant look appearing on her features and glinting through her eyes.
"Well Hello there"
She finally greeted the roving male, ear's twitching slightly as a growing breeze rustled the grass.

"Hello," Ithai responded, lifting his head and allowing his tail to lightly twitch. Maybe it wouldn't be so boring without his human after all. Not that he blamed her, after all, he couldn't expect a human to stay out of the cities forever; It was as home to them as the outside lands were to his own kind. He just didn't like it.
However, making conversation with the female before him made him draw an incredible blank. He'd spent too much time around other kinds.
"Out for a walk?" He questioned. He couldn't smell any human scent other then the residual hints on his own fur. She had no human she called her own?

"No, I'm conducting an experiment to prove water is indeed wet"
Pavati responded with a straight face, blinking slowly as she lifted a paw and set it in the shallow water only to pick it up and peer in apparent amazement at the water dripping back into the clear stream.
"huh, will you look at that?"
She continued the charade shaking the paw dry with a few quick jerks before setting it back down, it didn't really occur to Pavati that this male might take her joke the wrong way, or not get the fact that it was a joke at all, she just didn't think about those things.

Siching had just come out of her cave, ready to seek out new lands and new friends from beyond her icy dwelling. Where would she go? What was she doing out here all alone? Siching looked from a distance at the two strangers and wandered closer to them. Not knowing if they were friendly or not she bowed slightly as she spoke.
Hello it's nice to see some others out of their caves. How are you both? How are your travels?
