Is there any way to disable the aquariums from showing in your guild? I'm trying to get my RP guild ready to go, as the RP opens on Friday, but all the aquariums are making the pages really slow to load.
If anyone has an answer, please PM it to me, as I am really busy.

there is an issue right now where the sigs are showing for each post, and this will be fixed so it only shows for the last post (for that user) per page (like it works in regular forums).
I'll look into the setting for guilds, too wink

there will be a fix next Tuesday - the sig will only show for the last post, per user, per page, as it should be wink
As for the settings in guilds, that's a trickier issue. I don't have an estimate on when that will happen at this time sad But it is a known issue.

only question i really have about aquariums is if we can play booty grab or not... i'm guessing that we can.
i having the option to have aquariums off would be good for those with a slow connection as i know a few friends that love guilds because they don't have to worry about load times.

The option to turn off signatures as a whole, siggy images, aquariums in siggies, cars, and those licenses/cards are in the profile settings of your account. (Not guild) Tell them to turn that off and it should fix it site-wide.

I didn't say delete any images in a signature.
I said that the person who doesn't want to see the images/signatures can turn them off.
rant Geezz wtf happened to people exploring setting? It seems like I have to explain everything and I suck at it. Captains not exploring the moderation controls/power is the worst. You get power, why not see wtf you can do!?!?! -____-'' I can understand occasional not seeing or exploring profile settings, but there are some who don't know about an old moderation feature in guilds and have had a guild for more than a week, heck 12 hours after I was captain I had probably bored myself with all the new things I could do. /rant

I noticed this. I've been on Gaia too long, the aquariums weren't even thought of when I joined.
To answer your rant, I do know what I can do as a captain. I've been a captain for half of the time I've been a Gaian. It's why I'm sad to see there's no option for aquariums yet.
And when I leave guilds, I do like to see aquariums. So that's why it's making things difficult. I disabled aquariums for now until there is an option in the guilds. =/
