Lore bit his lip wondering what to say to her. "I'm...sorry..." He didn't know what else to say even though he should of said more. "Well I can't be one who's strong and protective like a normal male. Would your dad be angry at that?" He sighed and closed his eyes.

Swift tilted her head in confusion. "It's allright.. don't be sorry.. I'm the one thats sorry..." She said and lowered her head sadly. "No worries, I'm sure the time will come when you become strong and protective, it's in the horse instinct afterall. it'll come to you, trust me. Anyway my dad would be angry at what? if you mean at you for becoming my lover really soon, no he won't, I had a long talk with him just to make you feel better.' She said and nuzzled him softly while running around him in circles playfully.

Lore tried to put on a smile for her. "Alright. If you say so. Although truth be told even I haven't seen my family in a while." He stretched himself out while laughing as she circled him. "So tell me. Do you know of any evil horses? We could so totally hook my mom up with one." He chuckle snorted a bit. "Although I think my mom would try to kill me if she saw me again." He sighed.

Swift smiled at Lore as she looked at him. "You too? I haven't seen my family in a while either, especially my father but I hope to meet my brother one day since we never met as Foals." She laughed as well while she comes to a stop from making circles. "No sorry I don't know any evil horses and thats funny." She chuckled with him. "No worries Lore, I'll make sure she won't kill you, I have horns that are very strong just like my father." She said and gains sympathy for Lore.

Lore smiled. "Thanks." He went over and nuzzled Swift. "I just want this to work out." He sat down. "Promise me one thing...you won't leave me if we become mates. Deal?"

Swift smiled again. "You're welcome." She blushed happily and nuzzles Lore as well. "Same here." She sat beside him. "Deal but no worries, I would never leave you no matter what, when I first saw you, I didn't want to leave and I don't want to leave now so it's all good."

Swift nodded her head. "Yup and I won't do what your father did to your famile even though I don't know whathe did but you don't have to tell me if you don't want to, by the way thats what I want and I won't forget my promise."

Lore sighed. "Well...it's for the best since my brother hasn't been around for a while and my mom finally got a man to settle down with even though he's just as twisted as she is." He blinked. "That means I'm either invisible to them now or dead meat."

Swift sighed as well. "I see and your mom finally got a man huh? he's s twisted as she is?" That can't be good." She twitched her ears. "That can't be goodand anyway on a happier topic, you want to get something delicious to eat?" She nuzzled him while trying to cheer him up.

Lore shrugged. "I guess I'm content though in the end since it means my life won't be in danger. He'll be keeping her occupied enough." He got up. "Sure...that sounds fine by me."
