Powers/Abilities: Mark is quite intelligent and has shown outstanding talents in combat and robotics. In fact, he created his own armor and mechanical libs, which enhance his abilities.
Weapon: Usually carries around an assault rifle, dual pistols, a couple grenades, and sometimes something extra.
Personality: Mark thinks the Institute has the right idea about keeping the Altered seperated from society, but he thinks they're going about it the wrong way. He is unusually calm in almost any situation, some would call him emotionless, for he rarely shows anything rather a slight worry, annoyance, or enjoyment. Others just call him heartless. No matter how he acts, he usually does it for his own reasons.
Bio: After many long years of serving the Institute, many have suggested that Strohm should consider retiring, but he refuses, believing that he has plenty of time left and plenty to lose, should the Altered remain free. Working there has obviously taken its tole, for he lost all of his limbs, with the exception that he only lost his left forearm instead of the whole thing, and his what's left of his body is covered in scars of all types. Strohm has also claimed a basement of a nearby building to use as his own personal lab, where he does robotic experiments, and occasionally chemical ones.

Description or Picture: Strohm designed his armor to match near flawlessly with his mechanical limbs, so it is hard to tell where the flesh begins. If one were to see him without his armor, they would tons of scars, even on his face. His hair is halfway through graying.
