I like the sets, but an abuse of leftovers may screw you up in the battle tower/ item clause battles.
I recommend giving Registeel a Salac Berry and Regice a berry that weakens a type of attack. It IS weak to a lot of types. 3/4 of them physical.

i agree with craptacular about the salac berry seeing as how it seems that registeel would end up the fastest of the three,but you should focus less on speed with rock and ice....they both have minus speed natures...ice could,even with thunder wave,be out"speeded" during battle seeing as how its slow in the first place and it has a minus speed nature...with ice and rock's natures.....it probably would've been best to switch those before you caught them....rock has high enough defense and the same can be said for ice's sp.def....with rock,its also kinda backwards to give it both curse and rock polish....curse will reduce the speed and rock polish will reverse that twofold...but do you REALLY think you'll get enough turns to set that up?same thing with regi...curse is useless because you have no physical moves and it isn't defense natured...so it'll have to go through many turns of curse to get that resistance up....but after that....do you think thunder wave will be enough to make you faster?although its weaker...if you really want speed advantages...i'd go with icy wind instead of ice beam.....that way,each hit can work against your opponent twice ^_^...then thunder wave to ensure that you're faster.....with regirock...that might be the pokemon you want to stick explosion on...attack boost + explosion =probable OHKO blaugh and for registeel....maybe thunder wave and charge beam instead of lock on and zap cannon...sorry for the super long post....

Not A Problem for a Long Post But I meant Stealth Rock Instead of Rock Polish For Rock.
I also Use Regigigas, And I EV how I wanted It. I mainly Use This For Walls, Beacause of Base 160 Attack,I usually just Break Through Them.

Nature:Adamant(+Atk,-SpA)

*I didn't EV Hp but the Stat is 414
How I layed Out Gigas:
I already knew of Its Base Stats anyway. It's Not The Bulky One of the Four, but it's Even. 110 Base Stats For Defence and Sp.Def is not really a Laughing Matter Either. As well as 110 Base Stat for HP makes it More Usefull. The SpA is all s**t, so I SR for an Adamant Natured Regigigas with a 31 IV. I guess I'm Lucky! since I Max'd the Atk with the 31 IV anyhow, Adding The EV Spread and an Adament Nature, The Atk Stat is 460.
I'm also thinking I'm really lucky as The Defences have the same stat : 263. Speed Shows It also a better Choice of the Four as Well.
