has anyone read The Bachman Books:Four Early Novels by Stephen King
I didn't buy it,it was handed down to me..is it any good if you have read it?

I have only read "Rage," and "The Long Walk" so far...both were awesome.

I did read it and I used to own it, but then I let my sister borrow it and she ruined it.... That was about a year and a hald ago I'm still mad at her about it. I get iffy when someone mentions it.

the long walk and rage are two of my favorite short stories of all time. definately read it. i lost my copy of the collection before i could read the others, gotta get a new one.

I read that book. It was quite good indeed.
Call me crazy, but I love reading King's introductions and prefaces and whatnot. That made me think of his second introduction to The Bachman Books, wherein he explains calmly the whole story of Bachman and his exposure. I liked that one alot.

Old King is the best King. IMO. I LOVE the Bachman books!

I quite agree. I'm looking forward to reading Blaze.
I just found an old copy of The Bachman Books at the thrift store for like 30 cents. Sweetness. I have a hardback copy of The Regulators. Now I just need Thinner.
