Zekrette's golden gaze trailed across the open expanse of grass before him, curiosity gripping him. The grass seemed so dead, and the sky was so dark. He could feel deep down in his bones that something unpleasant was working it's powers these days. Something he didn't like. How long would it be until he found out just what was going on here? He doubted it would be very long at all.
He continued to walk none-the-less, eyes shifting and watching the shadows all around him. If there was thing he was certain of, it was that the dark was not to be feared, it was to be watched, for in the dark lie the creatures who could do the real harm. He would not fall prey like some ignorant, blind fool.

Alistaria crept in the shadows, the orange male had already fallen into her gaze. She wrapped her brightly colored tail around her back, to hide it, and folded down her purple ears. 'Tonight' she thoughts to herself, 'tonight I will catch my prey...' Prior to this evening, she hadn't been so lucky, she had always seemed to get caught, or the prey was just too smart. They used tactics that worked well against Alistaria, calling her beautiful and boosting her ego, trying to make friends with her. She couldn't help it if everyone loved her, she wanted minions, she wanted others to love her as much as she loved herself.
She lowered herself even more and crept quietly behind the orange male, waiting for the right moment. And there it was! She lept from her cloaking shadows and of course..Her hind leg slipped...Sending her crashing towards the Wish that was to be her prey... 'Great job there....ugh...' she thought to herself.

It took much of the self control Zekrette had gained in his life not to jump as the wish tumbled nearly into him. Angry with himself for not noticed her before, he glared down at her. "You know, silently and deadly is usually the way one tries to kill another..." He remarked in something akin to a bored tone.
He looked over her carefully, eyes catching on the bat charm and cape. Could this really be the monster of night he'd heard about? Pathetic.

Alistaira was almost to her feet instantly. She narrowed her eyes and hissed at the orange Wish. She ruffled her fur and watched him, she knew she goofed, but she wouldn't let that get her down. She lowered herself.
"Well I'm not any usual Wish M'dear" She hissed again as she readied herself for another attempt.
She dug her claws into the ground and looked him over, this might be another one of those nights for her, another one of those failures...
