*sigh* I'm a co-captain of two guilds, but the actual owner of these guilds and I just don't click. I don't have any will to work with her any longer. I want to quit, but I don't know how to demote myself! Is there any way that I can quit without her having to go through and ban me? Thanks!

No. You someone higher then you has demote you to Member. Then you can quite or have them ban you.
