What do you guys mainly stress about?

I'm just a teenager that mainly stress about my family. I'm starting to get headaches everyday hearing arguments. I never ever seen my family argue this much in my whole life. I'm a very sensitive person that always cry when I hear people fight. Now, I'm not much different. I usually just ignore everyone around and listen to music with my earphone.

I'm not posting to get anyone to solve my problem. I just feel like posting because I need to yell out what's in my mind sometime too. .. before my head explodes.


I had the same problem when i was younger. my parents always fought and i'd try to help them out and it just got me more upset to the point where i couldn't deal with it anymore. i'd bring all the attention towards me with little outbursts and they got me therapy. the therapist helped them to stop arguing infront of me because it made me so sad. im not saying this is the right way to deal with things im just saying i know how it is. definantly keeping yourself busy and ignoring their arguments will keep you saner.
to this day though i still freak out when yelled at or whichever. its really not easy to deal with. feel better though hun, its their problems, not yours.

When it comes to stress and me feeling stress, I'm pretty darn open about it. I'll yell, cry, whine about it. I just can't keep it bottled up inside of me. I'll go crazy. If I'm stressed about a person, or like a fight with a person, I usual try to resolve everything. If it's school or homework, I'll run for help. I'll take anything I can get from anyone on the subject. So basically, I've learned to cope with stress in every way possible. It's a norm, so grit your teeth and deal with it.
