Probably not really the treasure island one would have in mind when reaching this place. Treasure Island is simply a pirate cove where many sky pirates come to stash their loot and do their trading. Of course it wouldn't be munch of a base for dump if there wasn't any kind of insurance to insure their loot. The operation is ran by a wealthy corporation known as Cross Bone Family. They are a well respected bunch on the island even among the pirates. They can be somewhat considered to be the illegal bank of Termina, a spot where all illegal goods can be stashed away at ten percent cut.
