heart Yes! Actually, I'm vegan. Being a vegetarian was easy for me so I decided to take it that next step further. It's sometimes hard. Especially when eating at my college's cafeteria (ew, meat and cheese central), but I'm really enjoying it and I feel so healthy.
Also, if anyone has any questions about vegans getting enough nutrition, just ask. My sister and I do lots of research and there are plenty of ways to get the vitamins that your body needs (agreed, simply cutting out dairy can be bad for your health if your body is dependent on it). My mother flipped out when she found out I wanted to try being vegan because I'm a ballet dancer and she's always worried I won't eat well and won't have energy, but I can still do 8+ hours of dance in one day and I haven't died yet, haha. Actually I feel like I have more energy since I cut out extra things I didn't need in my diet.
