Personality: Lilika is extremely conceited and full of herself. Often enough to completely ignore people around her and their needs. She is not a heartless monster, but could easily appear as such. She does not really like to act upon orders of others, but can be quite the lovey dovey person, being completely blinded by love, naive, yet also helpful. The self-made queen loves a lot of unique things, has a habit of giving strange nicknames, rather than calling them by their normal, given name and tends to use sarcasm, quite a lot. She likes to speak and philosophize or talk down to people, rather than just taking them down, but is she not someone, who would forgive easily, rather than wiping out an entire city, to make the point of superiority clear.

~Magic~


Water Magic-
Elika's magic ability to create and mentally control and shape water and other liquids, such as oil, and can manipulate tens of thousands of gallons at a time. She has mastered several uses of this power, including the ability to direct a firehose-like jet of water, to create watery monsters and humanoid servants, to create fists and objects out of nearby water, to suck moisture out of a victim to leave a dehydrated husk, to create boxing gloves of solidified water to enhance his strength, to increase the pressure of water even in shallow areas, and to ride on waves of controlled water. She is somewhat limited to operate his powers far from the vicinity of large quantities of water or in a moisture-deficient environment.

Water Mimicking-
She can control water sources and alter the physical state between its phases. You can bring it from air, ground, trees, plant and obvious areas. It can be used to walk on water, travel underwater, grab objects and control people.

Water Pressure-
The way this works is that the user would make the air so dense around a person until it becomes water. Not only do they drown, but the water pressure crushes them.

Water Works-
With this power Lilika is able touch and join with water at its various phases: Liquid, Solid or Vapor, changing her body into water. She control each and every water molecule you bond with. She could easily control your body at varying temperatures. Lilith is also able to combine with other water molecules and become stronger. Though it requires a greater amount of seishou, she also holds an ability that allows her could become tsunami sized tidal waves, attic glaciers, a giant iceberg or pounding rain, or an avalanche.

Wave Control-
The power to control and manipulate all waves in the universe. You can control a person's brainwaves. Send sound waves back or even negate them. Control heat waves and bend them to your whim. All things that are waves are yours to control in any way you see fit.

Water Mimicry
The ability to turn her bodily tissues into water
A water mimic can become one of the most powerful forces on Termina at will. She can flow around objects, through pipelines, and generate crushing water jets from their hands.

Water Jets-
Although she holds this power, it does not use hydrokinesis, instead she has the ability to shoot water from her pores like a water gun. However, not just any water gun-she can control the pressure of the water shot by her pores from being a simple water gun to the point that it can shatter stone and kill people. Lilith can fire water out indefinitely. In addition she can use the jets as a means of propulsion if mastered, though she will likely hit bystanders on the ground-try jumps instead.

Water Empathy-
'Swims like a fish' barely covers the extent of a Water Empath's abilities. When she is covered in water, her healing, strength, speed, and reflexes are doubled. She also: knows her exact location (latitude/longitude) while on water, have a natural "Waterproofing" that keeps them and anything they are touching warm and dry and oxygenated underwater, and can even find underwater people. Also, they swim like a fish. However, she does not have hydrokinesis and is powerless without water.

~Special Abilities~

Basic Skills:

Tidal wave- A large amount/blob of water is taken from another large water source and thrown upon the enemy. The enemy is normally crushed to the ground, with no oxygen.

Water spear- A small source of water is needed; she can send the water through the air at a flying speed, attempting to hit the enemy with it. User needs to be very accurate.

Walk On- She can freeze the water below her feet by slowing down the water molecules speed. It allows the water directly under her feet to freeze, and allows her to walk across water. But because the source of ice is just the right size to keep her up, great balance and concentration is needed.
