Slow days, long nights.
It was all the alpha had been dealing with. The sun and the moon danced that eternal, slow danced through the day and night, though time had seemed much slower to the dark alpha. Nothing new had been happening much lately. The pack hadn't gained any new members, much to his disdain. He'd kept his dark secret still from his pack members, though he'd been keeping it much more under wraps since the pups had joined.
Speaking of his pack members... A certain blood-spattered one had been the center of his thoughts lately. His thoughts ranged in value and depth, though had never remarked anything bad about her.
Gethin continued down the dusty path that had been worn down by use, heading down to the watering hole. If but for a chance to cool down in the onset of twilight. Who knows, the sight might give him answers to questions he could not find himself. To emotions and whims he felt were both foreign and familiar all at once.
Having reached the watering hole, Gethin gave a grateful sigh. However, his attention was side-tracked. A familiar scent drifted to his nose, and it was close. His ears perked up, as his gold gaze glanced around. Finally, they settled on the red-spattered white figure beneath the shade of a nearby tree. A light smile began it's way onto his face, as he made his way over. "Good evening, Melpomene."
