First Impression: Laid back and easygoing he is rarely down or angry. Though in the winter he is a total grump.
Personality: Abloec is a laid back Soquili, he rarely stresses out or gets worked up. He likes fun and company and is great if you want a conversation, but being an unlucky guy he doesn't have it easy. This doesn't get him down though, generally a cheerful fellow he never stays blue for long. Happy to share anything that it his to give, not the kind of Soquili to leave another hanging or in trouble. If anyone needs help of any kind they just need to ask, even if its just babysitting baskets or foals. He likes helping out as it usually means hanging out with others. A happy go not so lucky wanderer, he looks for friends and fun.
Back Story: Raised in the desert Abloec is a fan of the heat, and while the summers are warm they don't compare to the scorch of the Sahara. Since he was a foal his father had been preparing him to take over leadership of the herd, being the first born son his father had made it clear that he had duties to live up to. As a reminder Abloec was presented with the beads he now wears. His father marked him as his successor with them, but they also served to remind the then young stallion of the many responsibilities that awaited him. Not to mention the others in the herd that would look up to him for wise leadership.His mother had been much softer to the foal that he had been. Fashioning a vaguely wing shaped blanket to go with his boyhood dreams of flying like his father. Sadly he had never grown wings and had gown out of his games and pretending. But he still carries that blanket with him as a tender reminder of his mother.
However one day Abloec wakes to find himself in a strange place with no memory of how he got there. After some exploring he realised he was far from home and had no clear way back. Not knowing what else to do he started out to find a new place for himself in the Kawani lands. Meeting new people and learning how to live with the different challenges this new place posed and how its seasons varied he has gradually found a place for himself here. Though lingering in the back of his mind is always the questions about how he got here and what had happened to him, one day he was going to find out...
