It was a freezing cold, stormy night in ancient Athens; electric blue ribbon lightning enlightened the chilling darkness of the obsidian sky. Although.... it was slightly warmer than the night before, as it was a full moon. The brilliant, silver moonlight reflected off the divine ivory skin of the tall, splendid statue of Athena. This made her appear to glow with a heavenly radiance.
In the magnificent temple, Alexandra shivered slightly, but not because of the coldness. As she was part goddess and part lycanthrope, she could handle extreme temperatures with great ease and this was far from extreme! She was shivering because she could feel the electricity in the air, running through her body like thousands of angry wasps, trying to break free from her pale, very slightly red tinted skin! Her long, curly chocolate brown hair blew in the wind as a soft, satin cloud. Her wolf eyes looked up to the sky with a look of solemn wisdom and knowledge; she knew what was to come.
Her left eye was a brilliant blue sapphire, whilst her right eye had the colour of a copper-brown autumn leaf. The whisper whistle of the wind sounded as if every eagle in the world was singing, yet there was also an eerie softness to it.

As the electricity in the air grew more powerful, Alexandra’s shivering increased to a rapid vibration. Her beautiful eyes squinted as a bright, white light appeared on her stomach, then spread out to cover the rest of her body.

Suddenly, the eyes of the demi-goddess snapped open as wide as the sun and her ink black pupils shrank to dark specks. The light exploded out, like a magnificent, blinding hypernova! There was a deafening boom, as it broke the sound barrier.

The light faded as swiftly and gently as the night sacrificing her never-ending darkness to her brighter, shimmering sister. Alexandra had now transformed into the most amazing, breath-taking of creatures! She was a shade of white as pure as clear quartz, washed with the remorseful tears of an outcast angel. Her form was not dissimilar to that of a wolf, although she had a long, straight mane like a flaming fire of perfect brown flames. She had the tail of an agile and secretive snow leopard, the forelegs of a powerful and terrific tiger. She had a pair of striking blue stripes on her cheeks and along her ribs, flanks and hips.

She let out a ferocious, blood-curdling howl! It travelled through the air and even the olive trees seemed to shiver in immense fear. Alexandra then began to run like the smooth, light waves of the ocean through the city. Her eyes narrowed to slits of organic gemstones and her ears were laid back across her head as she rapidly picked up a truly impossible speed.

In a matter of seconds, the young lycanthrope was rushing across the world at several miles a nocto second! Her howl had temporally affected the way gravity bends time. This meant she would always be in the same time period, no matter how strong the gravitational pull of her speed was.

She raced through a forest of emerald trees and crystal snow. This beautiful, magical land flew past in a blur. It was like a dream that had vanished as quickly as it came.

She now found herself to be travelling through a world of bristling cold winds and ice so freezing it would make the deadliest, most chilling celestial body seem to burn with the power of seven billion, sixteen million, twenty one thousand and thirty two hundred blue giant stars! Suddenly, her sharp, ever-alert ears pricked up. She snarled with blood-lust hatred as she ran.
“It’s them! The demon demi-gods. I always knew they would find me…. But I am ready for those masters of malicious evil!”

A ruby bloodstained, shadow-black diamond spear slashed the air as it flew past Alexandra like an Earth-bound comet! She just managed to dodge the dark weapon of hell.
“I…. will not…. allow you to…. succeed!!!!”
Her threatening growls grew to soft, fire-freezing howls.

She began to slow down to just a few thousand miles a second, until she eventually halted at the base of a magnificent mountain, which seemed to shimmer silver in the brilliant moonlight. As the gleaming, golden-white sun ate away the night, her lycanthrope shape faded like a wisp of delicate smoke to her bipedal human shape.

Four demon demi-gods had her surrounded with their soul-releasing spears of doom! They appeared to be human. Even their dark eyes and pearl teeth were human. But…. The olive skin of them glittered bronze and gave out a faint stench that only lycanthrope-kind could detect.

Alexandra stood her ground as they closed in on her. Then, at the perfect moment, she leapt high into the atmosphere with the power of a lightning strike of incomparable speed! This caused the slower, weaker minded demon demi-gods to impale each other.
They collapsed in a chi-shape, stained with blood like liquid lithium.

Alexandra landed on the snow-covered ground with the softness of an owl’s feather. She found herself to be on the streets of Macedonia. It was a pleasantly warm night and the sky was like black satin. The moon and stars shone like heavenly jewels.

The beautiful, victorious demi-goddess smiled to herself with satisfaction and took a walk down the shadowed path, her amethyst and silver-white robes flowing gently in the comforting breeze of Gaia.
