 Ｓ Ｅ Ｂ Ａ Ｓ Ｔ Ｉ Ａ Ｎ ｊｏｈａｎｎａ [[ ＭａｃＢｅｔｈ ]] As Nathan recalled David, Sebastian glanced to Julian and nodded. "Dragon Dance." he muttered quietly, knowing full well that Julian had known what to do before he'd even spoken it.
Julian was one of his oldest team members after all. Since Sebastian had purchased that little Magikarp off a vendor, chuckling as he walked away watching the vendor count the counterfeit cash.
Julian weaved his head a bit, his attack and speed growing with his Dragon Dance as the Mamoswine materialized onto the field with a loud cry. Sebastian a frown traced his face as Sebastian snapped his fingers again. "Waterfall. Go for the weak spots." Sebastian called, only to let Julian let out his own tremendous roar and slammed forward into the Mamoswine at a tremendous speed that could have easily scaled any Waterfall. The cutting stone sliced through scale, injuring Julian severely, but not enough to take him down. It was a well-played move by the other trainer, and for a moment Sebastian thought that perhaps he was underestimating the abilities of the other.

 ↚ Ⓝαтнαи Ⓜσияσє ↛ - Hoenn League Champion, Ground-type Specialist - 'And I'm breaking out...I'm breaking out...' "Oi...!" Nathan couldn't help but frown slightly at the actions of Sebastian's Gyarados - sure, the Atrocious Pokemon was all but infamous for possessing immense physical power. But to be able to inflict massive damage to Hachii in one hit? That was certainly impressive in the Hoenn Champion's book.
Maybe that was why Devyn owned one(see Laila).
Anyway. 'Ma~amo~' Hachii was more-than-ready to go a few more rounds with the overgrown sea-serpent, but fortunately(or unfortunately), Nathan knew better than to keep the Twin Tusk Pokemon out for much longer. So naturally, the massive Ground-type let out a surprised 'Swine!?' as he was recalled back into his Heavy Ball...
...being replaced with an all-too-familiar sight garbled war-cry of 'Swa~amp!' , as Mick - Nathan's Swampert - took Hachii's place on the field.
"Let's see you try to pull off a knock-out Water attack now." Hands in the back pockets of his black jeans, Nathan waited for Sebastian to make his next move... 'Last chance to lose control...'

Ｓ Ｅ Ｂ Ａ Ｓ Ｔ Ｉ Ａ Ｎ ｊｏｈａｎｎａ [[ ＭａｃＢｅｔｈ ]] "How about something better?" Sebastian called back with a chuckle. With a flick of his wrist, Julian was recalled back into his premier ball and replaced with the short green stature of none other than Lucas the Breloom. Sebastian had gone to a lot of trouble to get Lucas. It took several generations of Shroomish and some unfortunately weak pokemon to finally get the perfect breed of Breloom for his party. It had been well worth it though, as Lucas had become one of the most reliable party members of his team, and one of his best sweepers. A Swampert was simply no match for the speed and power of Breeloom, and now that Breloom was out there would be very little that could stop him.
"Spore." Sebastian grinned, clicking his tongue and growing a bit impatient with the game of cat and mouse they were playing. The perfectly accurate sleep-move was perhaps one of Sebastian's favorite things about dear Lucas.
Being faster than a Swamper was lucky, and even more lucky was the Poison Orb tied around Lucas's neck. Along with his ability Poison Heal, Lucas was no pushover despite his vast number of weaknesses.
Lucas spun in a circle, flicking his tail off towards the Swampert. A sparkling green powder flew into the air at Mick, putting the unsuspecting pokemon to sleep.

 o./o Reno Moradoo./o -Mahogany Town gym leader--Electric-type specialist- Ahh, Cerulean City. A nice, quiet area in northern Kanto. Among the famous residents here, the Water-type Specialist for Johto's Elite Four was noted to be from Cerulean himself. If you know him well - and I can only hope you do -, then you know who I'm talking about.
Today, in particular, began as a rather nice day. Hardly a cloud in the bright blue sky, the waters to the north of the City were calm and clear... 'Eee~ lectivire~^^' ...And an Electivire was stretching out under the shade of a tree, settling down into a lounging position on the grass for a nap.
Wait, what?
'Lectivire.' Surge - an Electivire belonging to a certain redheaded Gym Leader (not Misty) - blinked his beady red eyes in confusion as he glanced next to him at Reno - the afore-mentioned redheaded Gym Leader - as he too was lounging under the shade of the tree, his muted-emerald eyes re-reading the message on his PokeGear for the umpteenth time.
"Hm?" Reno glanced next to him, in the Thunderbolt Pokemon's direction. "Just wond'rin' who'd wanna battle in Cerulean, of all places." Frowning slightly - he figured that he'd probably find out who was behind the message later -, Reno closed his PokeGear, sliding it back into his pocket. "This place isn't even half as big as Goldenrod." With a dull 'thump.', he fell back onto the grass under the tree, his arms folded behind his head.
Around Reno, three more of his pokemon were enjoying themselves. 'Lu~uxray.' Kamitsure - his Luxray (that he had gotten from Lt. Surge as a birthday present) was stretched out on a sunny patch of grass, treating herself to a cat-nap. 'Ra~aichu.' Vincent - Reno's totally not evil Raichu - was zapping weeds with the thunderbolt-shaped end of his tail as he laid on his stomach, snickering to himself as said weeds crackled with electricity before they popped out of existence. 'Errhh-Rrohh owo' And lastly (but not leastly), Twitch - his Porygon-Z - was hovering around the small group, taking in everything that his spiraled yellow eyes landed on.
'Vire?'
Reno shrugged slightly. "Maybe, buddy." Un-folding his arms so he could stretch, the redhead settled down into the cooled grass once more. "I'm sure we'll find out sooner or later, right?" Surge - after voicing his agreement with a 'Vire.' - settled down much like his master did, both of them content to simply enjoy Cerulean's sunny weather.

 xxxxxxxxMark Lassiterxxxxxxxx   "Do not worry, I'm not allowed to read my foe's mind during battle." If Reno listened closely he could hear a low humming. Not one of an AC unit or of electricity buzzing about in a light, but a much smoother sounding hum. With the hum came a sudden breeze, one that shook the tree above somewhat rigorously, dropping a few leaves in the process. The source would show itself soon enough, a large, blue, metallic figure with four legs tucked to fit on top of it's large, flat head. As the legs unhinged and the metal arachnid, a Metagross known as Sorgatem, landed, he turned to face the redheaded Gym Leader lounging next to his Electivire.
"Good to see you came by, Mr. Morado. It's been a while since I've seen you." The even-toned voice belonged to none other than Cianwood City's own Psychic expert, Mark Lassiter. Alongside the psychic, sitting on Sorgatem with him, were three other Pokemon. The first was a purple starfish that had a second starfish plastered on its back, the Starmie spinning said extra points with a short, 'Hiyaahh~!'. The second Pokemon to accompany him was nervously stroking a long lock of her of hair, but this Jynx had never really been used in battle much before, so she had a reason to be rather worried. Finally, the last Pokemon was a soundly sleeping Slowbro content with just lying on the warm Metagross' head.
Mark pushed himself off of Sorgatem, with Eimrats and Nyx following suit (Orbwols is still rather content with lounging). "In case you were wondering, I did in fact send the message. What better way to bond with other Leaders than a battle? Probably hanging out with them and talking, but I digress." The white-haired Leader scanned the area, other than Reno and his Pokemon no one else he requested to show had appeared just yet. "Seems I'm a little early to the party, aren't I? Ah, well, I'm sure they'll come in due time."
