The Pokemon Stadium Here, you can test your mettle against fellow trainers, either for the fun of it or to test out tactics and teams. Nothing here carries over into the Guild unless you want it to, so don't feel too bad about losing. You can set up your own rules and battlefield with whomever you end up battling - have fun with it!
Remember, practice makes perfect!
And so does Action Replay! But you can't use that here, so practice is better.
(So that's why Ryugi has such a good team . . .)

OK, normal battlefield - both Pokemon out at the same time. Returns allowed, items aren't. Status effects are determined by rolling a dice (i.e. Poison Jab, roll a four sided-dice - if it lands on 1/2, no poison, if it lands on 3/4, poison is in effect).
What'll your team be?

The rules are all a few posts up. (Just for this match, of course - in a real battle, you'd be allowed to use items.)
So, pick your two Pokemon! So long as they aren't legends, you can have any two you want.
