Happened to me too.
I saw it for a few seconds and me and my sister were celebrating and jumping around. Then I went somewhere and came back and it was gone again.
Such a sick joke Gaia. Just sick.

Seems like it's a glitch, I've also exprienced it but I didn't celebrate at that time because I new it wouldn't be back up until they announce it.
